I mount in, where the
extender length is where it was on the last session. Most all of the lines are covered. After 20 to 30 min, 2 1/2 lines are showing. If I need to adjust, that's when I do. As far as the wearing angle, it varies, and I adjust ** if desired**.
Most all of my wearing is at the computer, and I will vary the angle to facilitate comfort, or as an arbitrary whim. Not too much science used.
If I am moving about, I will take a minute to decrease tension, so as not to "run out" or max out the
extender.
With any
extender, take care when bending over, squatting down to pick up an object off the floor. A skin tear/abrasion, can side line one for a week or so.
I like to think of my
extender as a shock absorber, like in a car, you don't want it fully compressed, but somewhere in the middle of it's travel.
My preferred grams fall in the 600 to 1000 gram range. That is what seems to work best for me. Of course, your mileage may vary.
