1. Stay hydrated. Drink about a glass of water before your session, and keep a glass nearby. Drink as you go.
2. Use heat. I have always preferred a heating pad wrapped around my tube.
3. Stay hard and aroused. Pumping should be sexual. I don't understand people who read or watch TV while pumping.
4. I generally follow the methods from
Tigerpumping. Read up there--they have it laid out nicely. Like they recommend, I like to start with a milder set, then clamp or jelq for a few minutes, then increase the intensity for the next set. But I always go by feel--you want to feel an expanding sensation, but nothing painful. I generally will do my third set as a faster expansion-type set, meaning I will raise the pressure to about 7" hG, then lower down to 4" hG, and repeat. And I always try to finish with one "cementing" set that is more stable at about 5" hG or so.
No, I don't need it. I only really take it on PE days--I find that I get much better results with it.
Never heard of it. I'm skeptical, but will research it!
