I told dude I would look into it but I just got the basic silicone rings. Ones 1½ diameter inner and the other is a teeny bit tighter but idk how theyd fare with adc training. I did throw them on during clamp sets and ill definitely be using them for that as the pressure increases are baws.
The only thing I worry is whether they'll fuck with blood flow to the testes so that I end up with a variocele. On one of dudes pictures it looks as I he's got a variocele already. Maybe I can just put them around my shaft for adc, that could work too perhaps.
