Demotivated meaning more... like I want to find an excuse not to get off my butt and put in the work (same way I feel about the gym sometimes). This is my motivation thread to pump me up for a good girth blasting workout. Not worried, just fighting laziness =)...
 
You have a great lenght already...now yoou are supposed to gain girth why dont you spend 30 mins everyday.. n when motivation comes to you spend some time more..:)

That's pretty much what happens ;)... getting those 2nd sets, or manual workouts in the evening pre-sleep. Trying to go for that all-day pump retention methodology that DLD has talked about. It takes serious motivation to do 10-15 small pump sessions a day to keep pumped, the standard workout part is easy. It's the extra work, the all-day work that takes motivation, was the same way with the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] and my length gains.
 
True is hard...i only use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] for now,sometimes i get anxious n frustrated n i just dont know whats next LOL i only want lenght gains for now,i have spent a ridiculous amount of time doing stretchings only...almost 3 months now i had a ton of stretchings a while ago too LOL n yeah im dissatisfied,but i want to see if im going to get gains at the end of this routine....:P

DLD Methodology can become hard to keep up with, but your a very smart man Jake, you got this!

I believe your oxballs ADC setup has contributed more to your girth gains than you might expect. I've been using the same dual setup you use post girth workout and the results are amazing. Everyone who is doing girth should use it. The expansion doesn't subside and you don't have to worry about loss of circulation or tissue damage. I applaud you effort and your contribution to this forum. I honestly believe you have figured out the girth aspect of PE.
