I stretched in the shower yesterday. Although I feel the toughness when I pull from my circ line, if I just hold it and pull with my other hand from the base, I feel a much better stretch. I think expressive stretching still shows a lot of potential for me.

Always get shrinkage when lifting, so it was nice to prevent that. Still trying to get the hold of my exact routine. I'm thinking [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]uncle Jim[/words] wrap at the gym, expressive stretches in the shower post-gym, then A-strectches, erect jelqs, and some sort of shaft squeeze to finish it off. Maybe slow squash jelqs after I've reconditioned my cock to PE.
