My x30 is already fucking up after only 2 months. I read about how problematic the valves on the hydromax pumps are and I'm experiencing this unfortunate phenomenon firsthand. Why do these things break so easily?

I am so infuriated with the hydromax company and told them the same in an email I sent them. This happens so much that they have a whole list of suggestions on their website for you to try if your valve breaks.

We, the customers, shouldn't have to fuss and tinker with a product we just bought because it isn't working after a couple months of moderate and sensible use. UM charges alot for these plastic tubes so I feel like these issues shouldn't be happening. How have they not fixed this yet? I heard about it like a year or two ago so I figured surely they can't still be breaking all the time, can they? Well apparently yes, they can.

Sorry to rant out like this but I am doing so good with my routine and my size and now this shit. The reason I bought an x30 in the first place was because of all the issues I had with my hercules. I'm starting to think this company isn't all it's cracked up to be. I just hope their customer support can get this issue fixed soon.

They will send you a new valve free of charge. This is the reason to buy here, we guaranty everything. I understand your frustration but just like any company there is always room for improvements. I am sure they will address this in their next generation of units. Just send a message to BathMate Chris or BathMate Craig and they will get you squared away. Nothing ever to worry about when you purchase here.

It doesn't seem like it's going to be that easy. They asked me to send a proof of purchase and pictures of the unit and the instruction manual and all kinds of stupid crap. I gave them my order number and warranty number plus they should have that info from just my name. They also told me to disassemble and clean my unit every other week. That is way too much fussing around with a $160 piece of plastic. This whole thing is extremely frustrating.

I am sure that protocol is in place for a reason, remember there are many fakes out there and BathMate wants to know that you purchased here so they can honor their warranty. I see no reason to clean that often if you are not using a lube. For me, I run some really hot water and dish detergent through the pump for about 3 minutes and things are good. Sorry about your frustration.

Dld or Lightning, could one of you guys please contact Chris or Craig for me? I haven't gotten a response since Friday and I'm pretty sure that one was automated. This really is a bunch of bullshit. I registered for the warranty right after I bought it. They claim on their website they have a "no quibbles" guarantee for replacing your unit or refunding your money. So far it's been nothing but quibbles. I haven't seen one bit of support from bathmate about this at all. This really sucks.

They were having an issue with their server. You can contact them now and get a quick reply. The best way is to not only send and email but also contact, through PM, BathMate Chris or Craig.

So do I just go to messages and type in Chris or Craig as the recipient? Because I tried bathmate Chris and bathmate Craig and it said those users didn't exist. This is so ridiculous! It's been almost a week since I first contacted them and all I've gotten is a stupid automated email asking for pictures and telling me to clean the valve and that should fix everything. Well I cleaned it and it didn't fix anything. Please can someone help me with this?

Whoops. I apparently messaged users named Chris and Craig and gave them my name and info and stuff. I hope they're cool and won't do anything fraudy.

Anyway, I finally got a helpful response from them early this morning telling me they were sending some spare valves. Thank you.

You are very welcome my Brother!

Had my x40 for about year and a half, I use it after manual jelque, and only just started using it with water for stretching, I think it's going to kick off new gains, see how it goes !

Goliath will not be available any longer, the X50 will take it's place on August 1st. So you monsters that want the biggest BathMate will need to wait a few days :) I can't wait to get mine. I bet they sell out the first day!

I'm surprised they would replace the Goliath.

They had to eventually, having names and numbers all over the place made things confusing. I like the set up now for BathMate Hydromax as the X20, X30, X40 and X50. Excellent line that will cover every size. Remember, the Brotherhood asked for the X20 and the X50 and BathMate delivered, big thanks to them.

Hey how are you DLD?? I got a question... What's the maximum length/girth the x40 can take? Will i still fit in it up to 8'0" NBPEL
Is there an august competition too

OK, it's decided, should I ever need a new BM and get back into girth (hopefully sooner than later)
I'll totally get the X50X :D!

Hey guys, wanted to get on the opinion a to what size should I get since my BPEL is 5.7 and girth of roughly 1.95inches (diameter not total girth obv) according to their measurements (XX30 would fit just about because of my girth). Do you suggest just going straight to XX40 even though my length is pretty far off DLD? I am looking into buying XX30 or XX40, but failed to get the above mentioned 140$ discount, price for me when I use the link is 210eur and 260eur respectively. Is there any other promo code we have that I could use?
Thx for all the info and help, I appreciate it greatly.

Solaris, in your position I would consider going for the X40. The measurement guide might suggest X30, but the X40 could really be the better choice in your position. I feel that you could choke fast in the X30 according to your measurements, therefore halting gains. Just checked; the measuring guide does suggest X30, but ... Maybe others will chime in with their opinions. The X30 is a good tool! I saw the price for the X40 would be 199 USD from affiliate link I got to.
And I also checked the Euro conversion, 149 € for X40 and 119 € for X30. The prices you posted seem to be for the Extreme model, the discount is already included to my understanding.
Clear your browser cache and try again perhaps?

The links should work, the discount should be included in the price you see; you'll need to message DLD about the membership to the Video vault and such with your order number.
