I bought the Bathmate when Opa first made a thread of his discovery. Pretty soon though I was slacking on getting workouts done with it because standing in the shower for 20 minutes waiting, wasn't really for me. Instead I wanted to try doing it as soon as I got home, filling it with hot water from the sink and then putting it on dry skin. I leaned back to let the Bathmate point upwards like in a bathtub. Somehow this didn't create a vaccum. It was quite clear that it was like it was released whenever I tried to pump in vaccum again.
Opa, I recall reading that you took a somewhat similar approach, right? Did you have this problem initially?

I filled it with water from the sink, put in on and pumped out the water in the shower and then sat down on the toilet with it pointing up the ceiling and little bubbles went up through the water.
I used a strip of cotton to clamp at the base which might have prevented it from sucking up the ball sack thus resulting in an incomplete isolation. I will try again tomorrow I just wanted to do some troubleshooting before. You never had any problems with this?

Im getting a longer expansion, but not bigger after the Bathmate use after each session. It's still 2cm thicker. But it's getting longer and longer inside the Bathmate while pumping than before.

^ Thats because your penis is getting used to the stress placed on it and hence you need to go longer in the pump to reach the desired size as before it was quicker.
You need to up the intensity Opa and use shorter sessions with more rest days and you will see changes.
