Yeah the pump ball isn't bad actually I thought the same when I wouldn't fit in but I took the splint adapters out and I went in perfect with a good hold for hours and I found a way to get in on in about 5 seconds

dld, when you get yours, take notice of the choice you'll have, to draw the vacuum in the glans Chamber.
I ended up fitting a Cole-Parmer quick disconnect, so I can do the vacuum part with my Harbor Freight "brake bleeder/penis pump".
I found the mouth hose way to short, it kept me hunched over, made my back hurt.
The hand "squeeze bulb", was a very finicky operation, awkward too.

I post this, as maybe you'll have some input to [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words], and effect future product changes.

for anyone interested in adapting their chamber to quick disconnect as I did:

I used 3/16" ID tubing, teflon tape, Liquid nails.
Cole Parmer female is a valved, barbed fitting.
Cole Parmer male is a straight thru, barbed fitting.

One can wrap the threads of the Chamber with teflon tape, coat with Liquid Nails or any Sealing caulk. Push/screw the tubing on that. Let dry. The teflon tape is used in the event you want to undo this process. The Liquid nails guarantees a leak proof joint.

You use the female valved on the other end of that tube. Liquid nails to seal, if desired.

The male goes on the tubing to your hand-vacuum pump.
(Harbor Freight Brake bleeding/penis pump)

Considerations: some pumps need ID of 0.25" tubing. A transition of one size tubing to the other size may be required. If only 0.25" tubing is used, then different Cole Parmer fittings/part numbers will have to be used.

Either shop for a transition, or make your own by forcing 5/16" OD tubing into 1/4" ID tubing, yes it can be done.

My first run at this, I used a female fitting just like the one atop most penis cylinders, transitioned from one size tubing to a smaller, to join to a male at the far end.
Helps to layout your parts first, and start planning the modifications, dry run assembly.

It can be used to pressurize the chamber initially, for a better seal when you mount in. Because the chamber fitting is valved, you can pressurize the chamber, disconnect, and proceed with the mounting in o f the glans process.

I just received mine a couple days ago and had not tried it on until today. I think part of the reason for my hesitation was that I was anxious about how to put it on and whether it is as good as suggested by so many here. Well....this thing is amazing! I mean I had an X4 before this and the difference in comfort is nothing short of extraordinary. Thank you DickLeaker and Dangler for all your input. I feel like I can wear this all day but I won't get ahead of myself.

I double checked my order and I gave them all the right info. Seems like they fucked up something. Sent them an email and I'm waitng to hear back from.them to.see how there going to.resolve this issue.

Things to consider:
1. use less lube
2. use less grams of pull/build the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] shorter.
3. get more of you penis glans into the sluice/chamber.
4. see if there is a loss of vacuum, inspect the latex parts for pin holes, make sure the tip of the chamber is tightly sealed.
5. use a set of the split rings, to decrease the opening size of the chamber. This can help a lot.

I noticed today that after using the pro for about an hour and a half the ridge of my glans had turned purple. Does anyone know what this means? Just want to know if its normal or dangerous. I mean do you guys think I can continue to wear it even longer like for 2-3 hours even though I have this going on?
 
Maybe your using to much vacuum I use mines 2-3 hours at a time then massage for 15 mins then back on you kinda only need one good pump release and that should be fine me personal I put a little shaft in there if i can for a little hold but hurts for a few seconds when i take it off but I feel the stretch pretty good
 
I've got a pretty big glans so I can't get it in in one pump. Actually, the first pump just gets the tip in, and its usually the 2nd one that gets me in there. I'm not sure if I know when to stop the vacuum though. I wait. until I feel the ridge making its way out of the sleuce (I think). Looking forward to putting this thing on without having to be anxious about messing up my stuff.
 
May depend upon how new to extending you are, glans size, glans shape, if split rings are in use, amount of lube, amount of "pull" / grams of tension, how far in you are inserted to begin with.

Number of pumps used is always a variable amongst users; it can get very "iffy".

I always aim for 10" hg to pull on the outer side of the diaphragm, which in turn is needed to pull in my glans/shaft combined with my pushing my shaft further in.
A new diaphragm is stiffer & will need more, a stretched/used diaphragm, will be easier to use, and require less vacuum.
 
You can tell when it's to much vacuum because you will feel a very uncomfy squeeze in pressure if you have a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] and pump to much and you feel the pressure where you say hey maybe I should release a little air

Thanks for your input fellas. I will watch out for that uncomfortable feeling. This is my first time using a vacuumdevice so I'm not 100% sure about the different sensations but I think I may have an idea what the uncomfortable feeling is like. The last time, from what I remember it felt awkward when I was doing kegels and I knew something was amiss. On the other hand, do you guys feel the ridge pop into place when you have the vacuum just right? I'm asking because that's what I'm getting the feel for. It's a thin line though between that feeling and having too much of my shaft pulled in.
 
Yes, thats it. Having worn mine with not enough in, too much in, and just right, its really not a mission essential thing. Just that when it is just perfect, there are fewer side effects, none of which are that big a problem.
Possibly with time, you can tell by eye, when it is in "just right".
 
Yes, the side effects. I've been experiencing one of them for the past couple of days. The skin right before my glans is puffy and itchy. I figured it would go away after a few hours but that's not the case. Any thoughts?
 
I and a few others get the puffiness. The itchiness is the skin surface is irritated from being stretched on the surface. I used to get that when wearing my X4 [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].
For puffiness, some hand stroking, some heat, some time, works.

I have tried Anusol, a hemorrhoid creme. It somewhat anesthetizes, and soothes irritated tissue. It helps.

Best to treat the cause & its effect/damage, than to just mask it over & have it get worse.

If you have been doing (example) 3 hour sessions, try two hours, with a 30 to 45 minute break. You have to see how long you can go and then how long it takes to "recover".

Ive been loving the feeling of the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] so much that I've been wearing it eventhough I have this puffy itchy penis side effect thing going on. But its getting pretty annoying being itchy all the time so I think I'm headed for a short break. Really need to be careful not to get too much of the shaft in there or else this can happen again. I wish the head piece was see through. That would take out some of the guesswork in knowing if my glans is fully in or not. Trial and error.

After making bits of progress here and there I finally found out my issue with the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words],. which sadly means it isn't going to work for me :( Whenever I manage to get sucked in it hurts my glans, due to my glans being larger and much more sensitive to pumping it exclusively for a long time. Sadly, this just isn't going to work for me due to the very specific nature of other Penis Enlargement I've done.
