Yep, you could put the ball on the chamber no squeeze , then turn and squeeze until diaphram bows out a little closing the space that was once between the opening and the diaphram . Then you can close it so you can get a full squeeze on the ball. It actually makes the suction better. The manual explains it different but, I think this will work better. One should apply lube to the sluice and diaphram first before bowing the diaghram out. I think this may be the missing link for longevity of wear. I can see how most would miss it , the pump ball video does not show it but , I think the hose video does touch on it . If not explained one might ignore it all together. I am glad I found this. How often is everyone cleaning their latex? I've already had 2 diaphrams rip from normal use. I wish I would have ordered extra.
 
Every couple of days. With dishsoap and cut fingernails.

I ordered 10 extra diaphrams and they sent me 30 sluice pieces instead...anybody want some :)

Something new to add guys...this comes from Ronan69 (no slip there ;)

In order to reduce the air gap between the latex diaphram and ur glans when inside the chamber and reduce stress and FR on ur frenulum/urethra :

I just talked to him about that and I just followed his directions and it works really well. Im going to try to sleep wit.h it and see how that goes? He said to just yank the clip out of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] if you have one( luckily I do) and clip it around your [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words]. If your strap comes loose because you wanted you a paperclip , the snap back does not feel good when the strap comes loose. IT will eventually but, on the other side you are absolutly right it is a quick rig untill you find something more sturdy. Thats my opinion .

I don't know how the guy in the video gets in so easy. You need to push yourself in, especially at first. I found that the first squeeze of the pump didn't do much, maybe sucking you in a cm or two. Just hold it there after that, remove the pump ball, squeeze it, reattach it, and release. Keep doing this until the ball no longer expands after being put on. Try this and let me know if you get it.

I checked the glans chamber before I mailed it and there weren't any cracks, but make sure you don't tighten the rotary valve too much because the valve stem is very delicate. If you crack it there won't be any suction.

oYou will not belive what has tranpired w/ me in tha last week. First I gthought I had a yeast or other fungal infection behind my glans and on my scrotum. I went to the doctors and what came to light was a incredible suprise. There was no fungal infection but, a reaction or sensitivity to something. It took a little bit but, I figured it out I believe. I have used the ProMaster Comfort Care since the begining and was impressed w/ the product . Today was the first day I did not use it and although there was a little sesitivity still the fit and adhession with water based lube was actually good. The water based absorbs in the skin leaving little residue and no movement in the diaphram . This might be the trick , the best it has felt since I bought it. I went all day at work with small 10 to 15 minute breaks every 2 to 3 hours. Now I have got the bars on and I believe I will be able to go all day .
