I wanted to share how I modified my [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words]; as I was not satisfied with the Squeeze pump ( too much twisting/untwisting, fumbling) or the mouth hose (it is too darn short, and requires more fingers & dexterity than I have).

I connected a female/socket, valved, quick disconnect fitting ( like the ones atop a typical [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Penis Pump[/words] cylinder ) to the fitting on the end of the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] Chamber.

I can easily use my (Harbor Freight) pump to draw just the right vacuum, to draw in my glans, then unplug the pump.
I keep a spare hose with male fitting, that I can use as a mouth vacuum source, or to help expel the glans via pressure.(its long enough for me to use)

One tip to pass along, it is in the instructions, is to use pressure to expand the diaphragm outwards, press glans into sluice opening, then use vacuum to begin drawing glans into sluice/chamber. This will minimize the amount of air adjacent to the glans, reducing chances of blister/edema/water buildup.

The instructions mention compressing bulb to like 75%, attaching to chamber, and squeezing bulb to inflate chamber diaphragm. Then proceed to mounting glans in, etc.

You could also do this with the green mouth hose.(this ones too short for me)

Because I have a valved fitting, I can pressurize using my (longer) mouth hose, disconnect, the valve in the fitting keeps the pressure, so the diaphragm stays "extended". I can then proceed with lubing up the sluice opening, pressing the glans into the opening, and drawing the necessary vacuum with my pump.

Yes it reduces portability a measure, then again I'm retired, and do all this at home.

I got the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words] a few weeks back getting into the thing and not slipping out on max tension was a breeze, but then I had to change the sluce devices because they got worn out. And since then shit hasn't been the same the pump ball doesn't fully suck my glands in so I switched to the hose and it works to well sucking some foreskin into the chamber at times...ouchh!!! So what is my best bet here should I add one of the adapter pieces to the chamber to hold the glands in place. Anyone got any tips for me? PLEASE ADVICE! and thanks in advance!
 
Biggest tip is make sure that you are bowing the diaphram out before putting it on so as to get rid of the air in between the oppening to the sluice ring and the diaphram . Good luck
 
Having difficulties with creating enough vacuum. First week it was OK, but now the pump just stays deflated and the vacuum is very light or it does not manage to suck in the glands. Bought the hose, but its useless. No matter how much I try to suck in air, it does not work. Tried changing the diaphragm/sluice and tried putting in water to see if it leaks and everything is fine. Are the diaphragm/sluice too big or too small, have no idea. As I said it worked perfectly at the beginning. It just seems it can it such in my glands to about half with decent vacuum and the rest is held by very light vacuum.
 
Remove sluice from Chamber, so only the diaphragm latex is on the chamber. Attach hose, test to see if you can cause enough vacuum with the hose to fully draw in the diaphragm. Now repeat test with squeeze bulb. You out to be able to completely draw in the diaphragm. If there is an air leak, your going to see it, usually a pin hole in any latex part will "steal" your vacuum.

Try a tad more "lube" on your Glans, to see if that will help it get drawn in easier/less vacuum. Do this while flaccid too.
As I've attached my pump w/gauge to mine, it takes around 10"hg to pull my glans in, with a new diaphragm, somewhat less (7" hg) with a slightly stretched from use diaphragm.
Because sluice opening is small,. to seal against air leaks & slippage, it is more of a task to get the penis drawn in.
Hopefully you can discover a solution.
 
Tried changing the latex parts and tried holding the vacuum with nothing inside and it works. With more lube, the glands just slip. And the hose is just useless, when there is nothing inside I can suck in the diaphargm, but with the glands inside its like I am sucking the wall, and no vacuum is created. The sad part is it worked perfectly first week. I am thinking it might be the rubber of the pump wears out in such a way there is not enough tension to suck in the air. Or something.
 
ok, try reducing the diameter of the chamber with a pair of those rings (name slips me). If initially, air gets in along side your glans, then this may be the cause. I need to press the tip of my glans tightly into the sluice opening, before pulling any vacuum. If this happens, you'll run out of vacuum/pull before getting fully drawn in.
Just thinking aloud.
 
i had the same problem once you pump the ball and your glands havent fully gone in yet...just take it off and pump twice...your glands should be fully in the chamber then
 
I've received my PM Pro yesterday and in between reading the manual , seeing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] and trying to put it on correctly i was only able to use it for 30 minutes. I figured out that I'll have to decrease the diameter of the chamber because when I try to pull my dick harder the head starts to slip out. Hey oposum, this happens to me on a regular and the only thing I've found to work is to use more lube. I warm my lube under warm water though, to thin it out and make it slippery.

Which Numbing Cream did you get and where from? sounds like a great idea! never thought of that. So I take it you apply it to the head and stuff?
 
I've found that if I get *any* kind of pain, it is a sign that I need to adjust something or take a break.
One example, I eliminated some discomfort by using one pair of the split rings, to decrease the diameter of the Chamber.
Another example, if I have some foreskin "creep", into the sluice/chamber, then it lets me know after awhile, so I can draw it back out. Relief !

penimaster kindly donated me the xl sluices to try pack of 5 with diagphram, my slight increase in girth has been giving me problems with the standard sluice at the underside of glans area frenuluum,

i feel they have made the xl too big an intermediate between standard an xl would have been perfect for me, with the xl its possible for air to creep in and cause slippage with me, but makes it ultra comfortable

not having that pain on the underside of glans, after a few days using this i now have a solution that works for me, i double the xl sluice up, add one to the ring then another, which reduces the opening gap of sluice perfectly,

great seal now no slippage and very comfortable on the underside, nothing like the pain that would build after many hours using standard sluice, just to add i'm sticking with the standard diaphragm still and use the xl combo.

I've not tried that, but wanted to pass that along for your consideration.

Thanks, i tried that to no avail, was still to restricting on the underside of glans even after stretching/heating with the standard sluice, although not ideal having to double the xl,

having the option to now go on as long as i want without using numbing cream is incredible, if anyone can help with a solution for half my glans being bright red i would very much

appreciate this, if i stop it heals quick and entire glans goes back to normal, but start it up and bam back to half glans being red, i read someone else post on a separate thread having same issue

using a vacuum device, anyone else have this problem, its hard trying to hide this, i'm really stuck on a fix for this.

I belive the head sensitivity comes from it being covered, like foreskin if you dont have it. I had a thought about slack skin , like restoration . If any of you have ever used a BIB you know he suggest feels stronly on divide and conquer. Stretch skin first in a more dedicated fashion to make room for growth . My take on it, is that you start with the valve closed on the tip oif the chamber.
Squeeze the bulb, attach it to the end of the chamber. Poke your glans in, release the bulb.
Suction draws the glans in.
Turn the bulb while it is still attached, to close the valve on the tip of the chamber.
Then you turn the bulb to unlock it from the valve.
Maybe study which way opens & which way closes the valve.
Which way locks the ball on, which way unlocks the ball.
Direction of turning is key.

something like:
1.squeeze all the air from the pump ball
2.put it on the glans chamber end
3.turn it to the left while holding the ball squeezed
4.let go of the ball

I have limited dexterity & ended up redoing the plumbing w/ quick disconnects.
 
I like this it looks like a good use if i don't want to order the hose or feel like waiting on it

There I put a couple turns around it with the rubber band I have attached and put a loose knot to hold it there. There are 101 ways to connect the tubing to whatever you want to attach it to. You can also get fuel tubing from your local hobby store that sells RC planes and cars if you can't find the surgical tubing. It also works but is not at stretchy as the surgical tubing. It is good for stronger pressure but I thing the surgical tubing is better as it stretches more and doesn't create as much pressure when you move and temporarily tug on it. I had an issue with the condom thingy coming off the device. I put a thin rubber band around the Penis Enlargement Pro grove over the condom thing and it never slips off now.

If my dick turns red and gets a rash I'll let you you. So far feels fine. It makes an excellent seal and is on the sticky side but not in a glue sense. Just image a very thick grease.

lmao....sharp as a tack bro!!! i only do 1100g max can't really go any lighter without it feeling like nothing, seems like one of these problems thats never going away while using the device,

i'll have to continue to bang in darkness till i find a solution. on the plus side the xl sluice are damn comfortable once you configure them to suit your size.

Yeah what I found what I didn't need was the split adapters it took me awhile to get my glans in and one I seen that there wasn't needed and some help from Dickleaker I resolved the problem, the latex will eventually wear down and probably get little holes in them from wear and basically the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/mosdvd.htm]DVD[/words] they give you you can watch them on there site and also the comfort care I recommend looking for something close to that because of there shipping days and I'm sure you can find something that will do the same cheaper
