10 min clamped bending and jelqing(careful).

BTC stretch.
BTC- Shashank asana (look up the yoga pose from google). Then pull the penis between the legs and upwards.
This stretch let me hit the ligs pretty easy. The force that can be applied is unreal, never felt this in any exercise; the position allows help form the second hand. Try it, easy to do and powerful! Will keep you guys updated on this one. Feels like a good addition to my routine.
Btw. Didn’t know if a stretch like this already existed.

Got up to early in the morning. I was feeling quite horny, didn’t cum this week. I decided to take the pump and do a little bit pumping, just for fun (no real girth work).
Tried to pump my balls and shaft together, but the tube was too small (2.5”)
Pumped the shaft at 5-6 hg for 1 min.
Pumped the shaft at 5-6 hg for 2x 1 min.
Pumped the balls at 4-5 hg for 3x 1 min.
Pumped the shaft at 5-6 hg for 1 min.
Clamped and Pumped the shaft at 5-6 hg for 2x 1 min.
When I measured temporary girth afterwards, I was stunned.

BEG: 6.8”
This undoubtedly has potential. Look at the cheap routine, I didn’t even try serious.
Btw. I just pumped the balls for fun. Wondering if ball size and semen volume can be increased by pumping?

Clamped edged for 45 min. Came for the first time in seven days today. It was a monster cumshot with eight squirts. Never came so much, cleaning up was one hell of a job. I guess clamped edging contributed to this.
