My current routine is basically wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as possible. There are days that I can’t use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] enough and days that I wear it quite long. Average was 4h in the 2 weeks from when I started with this.
To get more hours in, I use the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger and strap myself in for about 2h in bed after my short manual stretching session. When I wake up and take a piss, I clean up ect. ect. I should go for the next session… but I find myself to be too sleepy/fucked up to re-strap. So, I’ll be working on this. Need more discipline :).

I start extending at max. tension that I can cope with. I wear this setup till the 3rd tension mark is visible, or simply when I gained about 0.4" FSL. If so, I add 0.5" bars to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and repeat the process described earlier. I vary tension so my body doesn't get used to the same tension and in order to cement to a certain degree.

I’ve been doing this routine for 2 weeks and gained 0.2”(5mm) FSL. I’m now at the 2nd tension mark when I start extending. When I gain another 0.2”, I add 0.5” bars. It’s nice to see some progress :cool:. I also noted better EQ.
This is not the full potential of my routine, I still need to get those hours at night!

I added 0.5” to my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] setup. I’m currently using 3”+2”+2” bars.
I'm gaining FSL with babysteps right now, it will convert to EL at some point. Honestly I don't care about the long journey as long as I see progress!

The things I will change to my [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words] is tension and time. I will keep tension low over a longer period of time.
At some point I will need to trow in erect stretches en expressive stretching to get a boost.

I can add 2.5” bars before I have to order new ones, I’ll be also changing my springs.
Anyway, here is a pic with present setup. For the detail, I’m 6’ 4” (193cm).

You think low tension is better?
When I stretch at higher tension my EQ is not as good.

How long did you stretch at low tension before adding the 0.5" bars?

I don't think low tension is better, I think varying tension is the best. I don't let my penis get used to the same tension.

My method is kinda unorthodox:
I start extending at max. tension that I can cope with. I wear this setup all sessions till the 3rd tension (500g on [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], I think) mark is visible. This is the sign for me do add bars! So, I add 0.5" bars to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and repeat the process described earlier.
I don't bother keep the same tension by turning the screws. I'm just too lazy for that, plus it increase the chance of unequal tension distribution.

I’m still using 3”+2”+2” bars on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. Pre-stretching with the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]+cloth hanger works very good. In this way, there is no initial discomfort at higher tension.
The average time I spend in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words]-setup is 2-3h. Do you guys think I should get more hours in at night???

I’ve thrown in kegels before my manual stretches and focus on reverse kegels while stretching. Following the DLD blaster theory on the pc-muscle. Also trying to exhaust the pc muscle.
I don’t use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] at the moment, great girth tool, but it robs your EQ when frequently applied and doesn't work well with my [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words].

After making very minor BPFSL gains with mainly [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work, I decided to change my routine. I’m removing [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words] from my routine. I don’t sleep well in this setup.
I decided to optimize my length routine after reading some info on Kingsnake’s and SirKyle’s page, thanks guys!
This includes among other things, hanging. I started with 2.5 kg for the first week. My [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] stretches max with 2.1kg so this week I moved on with 5kg (11 pounds). I’m planning to stick with 5kg for a some months. I try do 2 sets of 15 min and slowly work up to 20 min.
My new routine consists of manuals(basic stretches and Snake chokers), hanging and extending.
Hanging 5kg and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on med-low tension (1kg).
I still want to achieve my sub-goal of 9”BPenis EnlargementL so baaaad.
 
5kg sounds like a lot to me. I feel quite some fatigue from hanging 2kg right now, lol :)
Also: What [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] do you have? This isn't the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words], right?

I have the X4-labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with girth base.
 
can you pull your balls through this setup and what did it cost? Do they ship Europe-based (aka: Will I have to pay customs?)

Also: About the hanging: I'm taking a very slow approach. I just yesterday added 0.25kg from 1.75 to 2kg and oh boy what a pull.
Obviously, if you're not feeling jack shit, you should add quicker.

Going from 2.5 straight to 5kg seems a bit excessive to me though ;)
Do you have time for proper Bib hanging or are you hard pressed and doing more extreme hanging?

Anyways, you might wanna look for what swm is doing and there was a guy at thunders called steelfire who also had success with short hanging.
 
I cannot pull my balls through. X4-extender is made in Canadian I think. I shipped to Europe and got no custom bill.

I agree that 2.5 to 5kg is a big step. I didn't had lower weight plates and just went with it. 5kg felt good for me.
I'm hanging with a BIB-starter in a bibbish way and doing 2 sets in the morning and 2 sets in the evening.(I wrote it wrong in post #257). Gradually I want to increase sets and set-time to 20min.
