I'm around 1.93 cm and I didn't found my penis size given by nature matching with my body. I think that every man would have a big penis, its like a acient sign of manliness.(like with a toned body, something that makes you a proud man mentally) The tools and knowlegde are there, so why not sculpture your own penis? Tried Penis Enlargement, which gave good results. I was like "this shit works" rofl. I fell in love with it and it has become part of my daily live.

I started with a penis around 6.4" x 5.5". My current stats are 7.6" x 6.4".
Hmm... my final goal, I don't know yet. Currently I'm thinking about 10" x 8". I know its maybe ridiculous or quite ambitious, but it keeps me motivated. Imagine how this would fill a woman up, damn. (Yes, adult entertainment made me sick)

What I meant with 1.93cm->1.93 m (body length), my bad.

I've done a routine very much like DLD [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-newbie-forum/1597-dlds-first-routine-i-gained-2-inches-with-this-routine-full-tutorial.html]newbie routine[/words] for about 9 months. I discoverd thunders first as Penis Enlargement site. After a while found [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], which was in my opinion a lot better. But I started with clamping techniques in my 2nd month of Penis Enlargement. I knew that girth was a harder to obtain then length.


This has been my routine for about the last 5 months:

Day 1: Length day

-Light stretches for pre-stretching (up, down, right, left)
-Heavy stretches like Squating BTC, bundeled DLD-blasters, bundeled Bluewhale stretch, Rolling on 2 sticks and lifting(not hanging).
-Extender work
-Short Clamping to fill up the newly stretched tissues.(5 min)

Day 2: Girth day

-Light stretches for pre-stretching (up, down, right, left)
-Heavy stretches, but less intense than on the length day
-Clampwork consist mainly of Uli#3, Horses, Reverse jelqs (to get rid of my baseball bat shape), glans expanding, Bending & squeezing and some edging.


I spend like 1,5 hours a day on Penis Enlargement. More on length days because I wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] too. I only get the chance of doing Penis Enlargement before sleeping. I take one day off per week or more if I feel that my penis needs it.

My dick kinda looks shorter than most ones if seen in the picture section, I think its because of the girth. I kinda want to focus more on length for now, so I'm thinking about 5 x day 1 and 1 x day 2 each week. I want pop into the 8" region so bad. When I'm around 8.4" I probably intensify my girth work again.

My EL is still 7,6 and has not changed.
At the end of my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words](X4-labs) session I measured my FSL, which was 8,1" inches. So there is a differance in my FSL-EL of 0.5".
From what I've read on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words], I expect my FSL to grow relative more than my EL. It would be interesting how big this difference will be in about 3 or 6 months. I personally think that a short clamping session after the length work out will convert more of my FSL to EL. Lets see how it occurs.

I also measured my girth on 4 spots:
Base: 6.6":O
Between base and mid shaft(B-MS): 6.3":O
Mid-shaft(MS): 6.4":)
Head: 6.2"

For some months I've been doing clamped reverse jelqs and "double" clamping, to reduce my base ball dick effect. Summarized, I try to get as much expansion as possible in that area. The hard work finally paid off!!!
The B-MS area has no doubt increased greatly in girth. It was somewhat visible before, but hard measurements showed that it was not my illusion.

This week I'll be doing 4 Length days and 2 Girth days, like this L-L-G-L-L-G-R. A rest day should be there, for that my snake needs to recover too.

I'm personally glad that my baseball effect is decreasing. Gotta love girth sessions, I think there also more fun to do ;).
I will aim for an 8 incher before next year and not let my guard down on girth.

26-10-'09 to 01-11-'09
Actually did my routine for 4 days last week. Maybe 7 days was too ambitious, so I will probably stick to 5-6 days of 1,5 hrs Penis Enlargement.

I have modified my stretching routine exercises. The heavy stretches I do now are: the mother of ligs, 2 "sticks" rolling (LM-like stretch), bundeled bluewhale ultimate stretch and a new exercise.
With my 13 months of Penis Enlargement experience, I try to approach it more creative and inventive. I came up with this stretch that mainly targets the ligs. I do not want to reveal it it yet, because it is still in the development stage. I will try to optimize it more and explore its full potential. When finished I will post I in the main forum. The stretch gave me sore feeling left and right of my dick. It felt like the upper lig was gonna tear off. Damn, I never felt like this before. I Was sore for 1,5 days... Did only light stretches during that time.

My goal for next week will be to get that feeling back and do more practical research on that stretch.
Also I want to use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] more. I only use my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] after I took my evening shower. But I also hit the gym 3-5 time a week in the evening. This makes it hard to get [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] hours in. Maybe I could wash my magic-stick, get the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on and do my homework, before hitting the gym.
 
Just a fun experience that I wanted to share with you guys:
I use heavy exercises with less reps for my upperbody and lighters exercises with high reps for my legs. My body is lean muscled with a fat percentage of 10-12.

I noticed that my faccid bulge has become quite evil in certain pants, that why I usually wear somewhat baggy and wide pants. My balls are quite large, but don't hang low, so they push my shit even more to the front.
Last week, I was in the train to home and drunk like a half liter water in the train. I had showing pants on and I was nearly reaching my destination. My faccid was madly filled. When I was in line to get out the train, I spotted a victim for my bulging technique rofl...

It was a women in her mid 30's, I think. I had my jacket open and the bulge was showing. I caught her staring 2 times, because my dick was at her head height. So, I trusted my hips slowly forward her direction. She kept gazing at it, I rubbed it lightly with my hand to her get her attention and smiled. She reacted with a blinking eye. (Then I had to exit the train...and yes I don't have the guts to approach, maybe it will come later.)
I was like wow, never got a reaction like this. It was a good ego boost, which I need sometimes :s.
 
02-11-'09 to 08-11-'09
Started to get serious again with [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], which I took a 2 month break because of holidays. Use about 900-1000g of tension with the comfort strap.

Monday: Came home late, did a quick length session of 30 min and wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1 hour. Nothing special.

Tuesday: Did my length session and experimented with new stretch (in squatting mode), which I did not manage to do effectively. Good session, but not special. Wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 1 hour.

Wednesday: I had a school day off. Wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 1 hour in the morning.
Wore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 1 hour in the evening. After that, had a quick 20 min clamping session with adult entertainment.
This was followed by my length routine. I noticed that manual stretching was getting more effective by prework outs and stretching the legs (what blue whale describes as a pre-stretching for the ligs in the mother of all ligs tread). I could say my penis was more tired and stretched before hitting it with heavy stretches. This probably explains my good stretching results. I felt a burn above, left and right of my penis. The real burn I felt was between my dick and ass. I was hittin’ it hard.
When carrying out the new stretch, it has to be performed in correct form for best results.
Wore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] again for 40 minutes and did some light clamping to fill that meat up.
This day I probably had one of the longest Penis Enlargement workouts and my little man looked worn out before sleep.

Did some light stretches in the evening and did some hardcore clamping for 1,5 hours. Took 30 min brake and wore my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 70 min. After that again 20 min clamping, with mostly edging and uli-ing.
I noticed, the slower the penis is put in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] before starting the stretch, the less the padding moves to the head and thus the longer it can be worn.

Friday: Took a day of for rest and recovery. I am starting notice more bulge checking chicks and giving them of course more opportunity to watch . Most take a quick peek, some stare and follow. Just flirting, I have no bad intentions :).

Saturday: Couldn’t do Penis Enlargement, had an unexpected visitor.

Sunday: Wore [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] 90 min and clamped 5-10 min on the end of each sets to expand the pecker and make the tissues warm for the next set. Did my length routine and had a good stretch. New stretch is going well. Put my boy in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] afterwards for 70 min. Did some clamping, about 30 minutes.

I noticed for a time that there is a lot of spam thread development on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. Especially in this sub-forum. Fuck those spammers, sorry I needed to let that out.

Monday: Used the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for 3,5 hours in sets of just over an hour. Got my clamping on for 30 minutes with good adult entertainment fuel. I went terrorist on my girth, lol. I ended up with quite some fluid in the skin under the glans. Never had this. Does someone know something about this? It was gone the next day though.

Tuesday: Wore the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for a 2 sets 100 min and 60 minutes. Instead of trimming I went for a clean shave, just to see the effect. Did a short length routine of 30min. Felt sore on the skin under my glans on the downside of my penis. When I retract the skin, It hurt quite a lot.

Wednesday: Skin is still sore when retracting, I’m uncut. Pain is a lot less that yesterday. I diagnosed that my frenulum is has a tear and can see little bit blood :(.
Anyway I did my usual length session of 1,5 hours. I couldn’t roll that good and other stretches where also a little painful to do.
I measured my BPenis EnlargementL today and it was somewhat over 7.7”, so looks like I gained 0.1” yeeaaahhhh (screaming like Lil’ John). Btw my fat pad is 0.4” thick. So this leaves me to obtain 0.3” before next year, getting close to the big 8”. Honestly, I don’t think I get it in before next year, but I’ll do my best to get damn close to it!
At the end of my session I looked at my shaved dick from the side in the mirror and I looked big. First time I felt like this about my length. I think the shaving helped in exposing the base, and cardio and less eating (not voluntarily ate less) for my waist.

Thursday: I had a confidence boost today, however the tear and blood are still there. I think when I went terrorist on my penis girth on Monday it got that tear. It has never bled with drops but I can still see the red of the blood.
I read DLD´s posts on frenulum tear and came to the conclusion that I have to take some time off and let it heal. Lucky for me I saw the post, otherwise I would have Penis Enlargement-ed myself into an injury.
I will avoid Penis Enlargement and masturbation for about a week and see if more time is needed to heal completely. Damn I was just steaming with Penis Enlargement…but I know if I go on with this it will get worse. Sometimes patience is gold I guess…
I also have to be careful that I don´t get that shit infected.
If someone can give me some more advice on this injury, I would surely appreciate it <:(.

I was afraid that tear was infected, because there where some white area's on it.
Luckily this was not the case.
I'll have to see an urologist in exactly 1 month and fix a date.
My frenulum (little piece of skin that connects glans with shaft) is damaged and got shorter. It will most likely be removed.

One week ago I'd hit 7.7" NBPenis EnlargementL and from then till now can't do shit, it still hurts.
I will try to do light Penis Enlargement manuals when current the healing process is more completed (pro removal), don't want to lose my 7.7".
--This got me to an interesting question. When weight training, muscle mass increases.
If you got to a certain level of mass and then stop training for lets say a 1/2 year. After that time you will start again with building mass, however you notice you lost some. They say that muscles have memory and that they will grow fast to your old level.
Is this theory also applicable to the penis? Meaning that you loss you uncemented gains, but can get to that point with almost no efffort. (This is one for the main forum, I think)--

Of course I will do no Penis Enlargement at al in my operation healing time. Don't know yet how long that will be. I guessing about a month.

I took 2 weeks off on Penis Enlargement.
I didn't feel pain anymore when retracting my foreskin and when getting an errection.
Yesterday I tried some light Penis Enlargement. Did some stretches and a light clamping session. I noticed how I would get easily errect when stretching, kind of annoying. But my EQ was a lot better than usual. Maybe I went to hard with my routine? but anyway I gained with that.
I also measured my BPenis EnlargementL, which was still 7.7". So nothing lost in that time :)!
Now for the bad news: the f@#!ing tear opened again, shit. This morning under the shower I hurt so bad, my whole body shocked a few times.
I'm guessing that clamping was maybe to much for the frenulum. Lets see how long it stays in this condition. I better not clamp for some time.
 
I found if i got a skin tear under the remainder of my foreskin, the best way for me to heal was dry exposed healing.
so i had to tape back my foreskin to keep the tear exposed to air.
this may not work if a taped back,intact foreskin tightly chokes the glans.
I would think very seriously about letting any doctor remove any part of you.
I believe it's the doctors job to offer you alternatives other than surgery.
such as hormone cream or the like to improve healing and skin stretch.

Its not my foreskin that has a tear, but my frenulum (piece of skin between glans and shaft).
I feel you point about removing parts of the body. I haven't got good experiences with surgery.
My frenulum has always sort of bothered me. When my girth increased, I always felt more tension on the frenulum. Especially when clamping. I thought it would stretch together with my penis, which did not happen.
Yes, it like I am taking a bet on surgery. I mean I now got scar tissue on my frenulum, which made it even shorter. So everytime when I would clamp in the future, I can't go hardcore. Hopefully I took the right bet...

I did some light stretching over the day, which didn't hurt(even now). I love clamping, but I wouldn't dare to do that shit of monday evening again. Gonna stick to stretching.
I'm also noticing more spontaneous errections, which can be a bitch in public places. When I start to walk it subsides.

My dedication to Penis Enlargement, won’t let me sit still. So I’m getting back to my manual length routine. Can’t do girth now, because it opens the tear. The pain which I felt from this was unreal.

Wednesday: Pick up my manual length routine. Did some light stretching and some heavy stretching for 40 minutes in the evening. At the end of the workout really felt the burn between my asshole and dick. I try to push my hips with knees out forward and reverse kegel at all stretches.
Thursday: Noticed that my tear get irritated when stretching to long. Applying lotion to counter this and it works. Clamping is still a big no no. Got a good workout of 50 min.
Friday: The same as yesterday, except the stretch as more intense. I could like feel the inner ligs getting stretch pretty good.
Saturday: day off. Did only some piss stretches.
Sunday: My penis feels sore at the ligs in the morning. Love that feeling makes me wanna unleash the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] on it. Especially right after a manual session to get that max stretch. Although I know it will let me gain faster, I won’t risk it.
Did a short light session with standard, rolling, bluewhale stretches for about 40 minutes.

I will try to abstain from blowing my load next week.

Howdy KingCobra, I just read through your whole thread, I admire your dedication. I haven't had a frenulum tear, but about 9 months ago I had a urethral tear and had blood coming out the tip of my dick. It took about a month to heal. The thing is, you don't have to take a break completely. I think you should just replace your girth day with edging and [words=http://fleshlight.sjv.io/c/348327/302851/4702]stamina[/words] work.

Edging is a great way to cement gains, it softens the tissue and allows for greater elasticity and future gains. It also fills the penis with healthy blood, which will help that frenulum heal faster and with less scarring. Edging is the majority of time spent on my routine, and my gains have been great after a year long plateau.

I really liked your L-L-G-L-L-G-R pattern. I would just replace G with E (Edging) for now. After my urethral tear, I sloooooowly worked my way back to clamping. From edging I went to soft jelqing, then to harder jelqing, then light manual clamping, to hard manual clamping, then finally put the clamp on after about a month of ramping it up.

This will make my current routine more effective.

I too believe in the concept of edging in order to cement gains.
I also think that clamped edging after a length workout will have a positive effect on cementing gains.

A big ass post this time, taking Penis Enlargement to new heights.


Monday: Session felt pretty good again. Total workout time was 60 minutes and effective workout time 40 minutes, which means 20 minutes resting time. I normally don’t really kegel after my workout. After my workout today, I couldn’t kegel longer than 2 seconds for 15 minutes. After that it became normal. Could this be an sign of the reverse kegel effect?
I’m getting better in focussing with my mind on stretches, this is a way how mind power can aid physical power in Penis Enlargement. It’s like concentrating hard on body part that needs to be modified.
I wrote down a detailed version of my routine in an excel file. In this way you guys can check out my workout per day and I create more structure in my Penis Enlargement development. YES, I’m serious with this shit.
From now I’m trying to implement exercises that emphasize the inner ligs (not sure what it is called, between balls and anus) and the suspensory ligament. My purpose with this is to “kill” the suspensory ligament and pull that inner penis out.

Tuesday: My inner penis area feels sore. The soreness went away in the before the evening. Yesterday after my routine I applied baby lotion to my entire penis. My flaccid was noticeably bigger. I also got “bothered” a lot with semi-erections during the day. Got fed up with that and clamped edged my my dick for 30 minutes. After that again applied lotion. Was big flaccid hanging at the gym, with the gray sweat pants. Too bad most of the chicks where gone or at the other area.
Studied the mother of all lig stretches thread. Now it has gotten into me! The ligament is pulled with the index finger in the opposite direction and NOT the dick. Tried some stretches but am too tired for Penis Enlargement. Will try to master this one proper.

Wednesday: Funny enough, my new developing stretch also kind of uses this theory. It is only more extreme and dangerous. I want to see which gives more gains, the dangerous way or the save way of execution. It is dangerous because of the high intensity, while the save method has variable intensity. From today I will only do my new stretch for the suspensory ligament and the stretching with two sticks for the inner ligs. This will show me whether it works or not and if the combination is good.
I will post it in the main forum next year, whether successful or not.
I got a good tip from homelesswombat. To replace my girth days for now with edging and kegeling. This means my routine is now L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R.
Was wrecking my suspensory ligament with the x-stretches. Shit was burning like a mofo!
I did 4 sets of 30s x-stretch (very intense and penis needs to be grabbed firm, that why I couldn’t hold them for long) and then directly do about 4 sets of 60s 2sticks-stretch to pull the inner dick out. Couldn’t not get the same intensity with inner dick as Monday.
Oh snap, couldn’t resist the temptation after 5 min of edging and blew my load.

Thursday: Again like Tuesday my flaccid is big and getting semi-erect on nothing.
I did some egding for 10 min and some clamped egding for 20 minutes. Not forcing expansion with it just filling it with blood.
In the evening I did some kegels. I can still feel some soreness around the public bone.
Notice that my routine this week is not like L-L-E&K-L-L-E&K-R, but next week it will. This week routine would be L- E&K-L-E&K-L-L-R. I’m curious to see what to 2 successive length days will do with my penile status and of course with gaining.

Friday:
Went to the barbershop. There was a really beautiful girl there. I had lots of eye contact with her, one look lasted about 20 seconds. But I didn’t had the guts to approach her.
Today’s workout was ok. I hit the suspensory ligament good, but had troubles with stretching the inner dick. I did feel the stretch it but couldn’t variate much in intensity. Was tired in the beginning and didn’t want to get through with the routine. But I went through and my motivation increased while performing exercises.
During my workout I was watching a documentary on the television: the world’s biggest penis. It featured two guys that claimed to be 12” and 14”( 1.75m height). The guy with a 14” had a 8” faccid. Damn, talking about huge. (I believe his name is Jonah Falcon.) They didn’t mention anything about girth. This also motivated me. Ok, I know he was born with it. But I will get my inches trough hard work. I know that DLD can beat him in a few years lol.

Saturday: Suspensory ligament area feels sore. Mostly around left and right of the ligament.

Did a step back with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] bars and wore it for 160 min. Focussing more on time than high tension. Will keep tension around 800 grams.

Sunday: Restday.
Blew my load 4 times this week. Got to reduce it next week.
I also have to stretch more manually.
This week no real pain from the tear.
