Not that much to report in terms of Penis Enlargement gains. Gained 0.2"girth from feb 2011 till begin may, kept poor documentation.

Today was the first time I did Slow Squash Jelqs. The intensity of these bad boys even topped the uli#3. The worked area is a little smaller, but the intensity makes up for it. It got kind of late, could not finish it off with some high intensity girth work.

*I switch between normal jelqing to tunica jelqing when my erection percentage drops. I did tunica jelqing before, but I didn’t know it had already been invented by DLD(props). When I do these I try to press my suspensory ligament down. One jelq repetition is between 5-10 seconds.

Very difficult to build because they are so used to your own bodyweight and walking eachday. I found very heavy intense training worked the best. You really have to push the calves hard. Use really heavy weight and is why standing calve raises worked well for me. Its my bodyweight plus weight on the bar. Each to their own though and everyone is an expert right!

* I’m doing the snake choker these days while using my non-stretching hand as “the choker” (pressing directly the suspensory ligament down) instead of the weight.
I think they’re more easy to perform in this manner and you don’t need anything extra only your two hands. It mostly depends how hard you can push down and still maintain proper grip.
I you do them good, it should be pretty intense and could be felt afterwards.
Having a strong grip is a pro. Reverse kegels and twisting the stretching-hand can use for further intensity increase.

I still have a fat pad of 2.5-3.0cm (little over an inch), shit. Meaning my fat is hiding over an inch of my penis.
