The first gains occur in BPFSL. I’m start to understand the importance of the DLD Ruler stretch. If you are following my progress thread, you know that I measure in BPFSSh(shaft)L. I tend to trap some blood in the head when I stretch, this makes the measurement of entire penis unreliable.
I did a ruler stretch when I passed the first half of my routine, BPFSShL was 18.2cm. At the end of my routine I measured again and got over the 18.5cm mark. It takes great stretching intensity to measure and keep the max BPFSShL steady . It is very hard to keep the stretching length this high.
With all the other stretches, I tend to go for the “almost my rip dick off” intensity.

I was a little pissed off. I saw some gains yesterday when measuring. I failed in making a ruler shot yesterday. It is really hard to be 100% erect; hold the ruler and the penis. I will shoot a ruler pic this week.
