You can do it either way, most find entering the tube erect to be best. After a few moments of pumping you will most likely go to a semi-erect state.
 
Hi, I've been using the Bathmate for about 2 weeks and I haven't noticed any gains at all. after the Bathmate im usually about .75 inches bigger in girth but it goes down after 6 hours. what should i do?

Continue using it until you gain. Two weeks is not enough time to make any kind of sound judgement on the effectiveness of any Penis Enlargement exercise or routine. Are you doing teh DLD Bathmate Girth Blasters or Bathmate by itself? You are getting incredible expansion so stick with it!
 
Hey Agust, when you when from 7in to 9in+, what was your routine for using the Bathmate during that two year period? Would you do it every other day for 20min, pumping every 5? Im gonna post this here to see if I get a quicker reply about Bathmates shipment packaging: how is Bathmate US shipping service? are the packages discreet enough to where they don't indicate anything related to the Bathmate on the packaging? I bought mine in a store so I didn't have to worry about it but im thinking of picking up a unit direct from Bathmate but dont want to worry about the packaging.

is it safe to say that if i am dedicated to 4 times a week with 20 min sessions, that in 4 months i can gain an inch in both length and girth?

Yes, you can make those gains but time should not be looming over your head. You may make the gains faster than that or they may take a bit longer. Try to keep it in the day and put your all into every session. Put visualization into effect every day, every hour, every moment...this will keep you in the know and that will keep you gaining. I apologize if this question is on their site or is on this thread. Cant find it on the site and I am about to leave so I wont be able to check all 32 pages right now. Anyway here it is. when looking into buying a model version of the Bathmate. Why would you not get the X-40 model. I am guessing it is bigger but how much bigger. What is the differences that you need to know about when deciding the orginal model vs the X-40. Other than price of course. Do you need to have so much girth or so much length for one over the other??? Obviously I know the X-40 has a longer tube but other than that of course.
