plus the length gains too which I not too fussed about because GIRTH !!! hopefully keep this up into the new year . if I keep gaining .3cm midshaft every 3 months I would go up to almost 15 by this time next year I would be so happy , even if it is slow its improvement !!

also passed the 8" length mark too

yeah , plus erection quality wasn't amazing . and I curve too , so hard to get nbp standing without pushing into the pad . hopefully I can loose a bunch of it this year .

I want to go back to two days on one day off , just my schedule and health at the moment getting in the way , I will be back eventually goal is 6 in girth by end of the year , not too fussed for length as long as my non bone pressed goes up

That is just fine. I do not like routine that lose more than a day off. 2 on 1 off is a good routine pace and if the time is used smart much progress can be made. Days off for me never really happened, I was just so determined I did not want to miss a day. With that said every man will have a different schedule of work but if any man is not seeing gains he may want to reevaluate the days off.

Listening to you body is the best policy. Only you can know when to add intensity or do a day off

Yeah I kinda always set my goals higher than maybe reality can go. Like if I set goal to make 10 million dollars/year, so even if I dont achieve that and only make 9 million, its fucking awesome :P
So if I "just" achive 9x6 that will be probably fine :D

What's good my Brother? question for you, why are you not doing Bundled Stretches before a workout? They really help prime the penis for maximum expansion and elongation.

what are bundled stretches? not quiet sure what you mean . also im doing great Pe wise made gains from step - jan , health wise taking knocks but making sure I keep with my routine to best I can .
