I would post the physical stuff too. I know the pictures I will post will bring a great deal of inspiration to those wanting to loose weight. The Brotherhood is about changing the entire male form for the better, mind, body and soul!

yeah I guess I will start posting that too

also a new problem has arised for my girth part of my routine as the very cold weather is here , due to the cold air in my room and lack of heating its making a harder time for expansion , I am coming up with a few ideas to help this but don't expect a massive girth change until april time when the weather heats up. so I am gonna focus more on pumping them clamping till then

5 miles/day on average is pretty nice number and will benefit you both physically and emotionally.

What is your weight now and what is your goal weight ?

:( Bad news on my side. I thought that I had lost weight to 185 when I did not, I am 195. I went to the doctors and I guess their scale is more accurate than mine so I am a bit bummed. My body looks pretty good but I know that 185 is the minimum I want, closer to 175 world be best. Oh well. I lost 3.5 pounds a month since starting the diet so I guess I have another 3 months of dieting to get to lose the 10 pounds. I am thinking, since I already look pretty decent, maybe I should rethink the weight loss to 175 and maybe see what I look like at 185. Either way I am taking pictures and looking good in the pictures, encouraging....scale at doctors, discouraging. Not too upset, just ,means I have more work to do.
 
Wow DLD tha sucks to experience this, but maybe doctors scale might be wrong ? For this reason I actually own 3 scales and weight on all of them lol
They all give the exact same numbers tho.
 
I got down to 194lbs then the doctor changed my pills and I shot up to 220 something in less then a month , this was in October time slowly been coming down and back down to around 208 last time I checked

I just posted to you and it disappeared. Anyway, I am not too upset about the weight deal. The rate I am loosing is about 3.5 pounds a month so Figure another 90 days and I will be at 185. A bump in the road but nothing I can't get over.

I did get back to it today , I think my body is having a moment at moment after stopping tribulus , because my nocturnal erections managed to give me blood dots on my head in the night , so all I did today was 200 jelqs ( really struggled getting it up) and my stretches . also walked 4.5 miles , I stopped taking the stuff on the 31/1/16 so that may be it so hopefully it settles down in a week or so and I am back to my usual erections and able to train.

Sounds sensible to me. 4.5 mile walk! I am jealous, I wish I could get up the gumption to do the same. When I lost my weight the fastest I was running 2 miles a day. I really want to get back to this but too many other things consuming me lately. Dld you are getting it in though.

yeah due to being confied in the house I struggle to walk much so big step !! .
4/2/16 just 4.5 mile bike ride .
