happy start of advent to all of you who celebrated Christmas :)

took a day off early so I could have the 1/12/15 off as knew it wouldn't be a day for training so re jigged schedule a little bit

3/12/15 3x6x30 lig stretches 4x30 tunica stretches 2x20 rotary stretches 400 jelqs 10 minute clamping , had a blood spot / bruise thing on my shaft so gonna take 4/12/15 off as my rest day and if I need an extra one or two days for it to clear up completely so be it.

it has beena good while since I had a bruise / blood spot that was tiny so not too down on it , onward and upward hope to be back up an running properly by next weekend back to jelqs and clamping

Glad you are getting all this length work in while you heal, it helps to keep your head in the game when there is an injury. When you start back be very careful with clamping, this is a huge reason why men blister and bruise.
 
Make sure to massage/rub the bruise while using heat so it goes away quicker

yah I will be doing it in the bath tomorrow , also im going to just do length and jelqing around Tuesday then the start of next week I ll return to clamping and the week after that back to full routine


I only got the blister as got a bit enthusiastic and kegeled before closing clamp :P

Over enthusiasm can be dangerous sometimes. Never be overzealous in PE, injury will always slow growth.

also dld can I ask you a technical question beings as you own a forum .

in a forum as your a mod/admin . if someone writes a post then edits the post as a mod /admin can you see the original or can you only see what we can see the final post

I'm still on downtime , but tomorrow I am going to kick back up with stretching and jelqs and see how I get on . if things do feel right I shall wait another day

my junk was pretty fatigued after this so going to do one day on and off for now till its fully back up an running , didn't make my bruise any worse which has ALMOST GONE !! thank god .

9/12/15 day off
