my junk was pretty fatigued after this so going to do one day on and off for now till its fully back up an running , didn't make my bruise any worse which has ALMOST GONE !! thank god .

Great to hear that you are back at it. The only thing that might aggravate the bruise would be jelqing but if you have gotten through a session with no negatives you should be fine.
