So i decreased my water intake to 3 liters a day instead of 4 liters and i try to drink it all about 6 hours before sleeping. Another thing i have started doing is kegels because it seems the PC muscle effects how oten you have to go to the bathroom. So I am doing 20 minute of kegels a days in additional to when I think about kegeling randomly.

Kegeling for me is multi purpose of course. I also use it so I can increase the blood supply that i can give to my erections and therefore my extra size will be "realized" and so I will not have this bigger penis that I have never seen because body cant handle the increased blood supply it needs so I can get a full erection.

Kegeling daily should also help with my girth workouts because if i get increased blood supply to the area of my penis then it means i should have more blood available during my girth workouts which means more blood to expand my tissues. Kegeling is the only thing i can really do PE related at work. I might start using my 24 hour cock ring again ... but it would be just more of like 8 hours (just at work). Ok bodybuilding. So I weighed myself when iI woke up today and the scale said I am 198:8 at 13.3 body fat..... i would guess I am closer to 11 percent body fat with the scale being off a couple percentages. Again my goal is 8% body fat, while maintaning as much muscle as possible so I think i will have to get down to about 188lbs. People are noticing that I am leaning out ... lOl my gf keeps saying I am getting to skinny but my theory is that if it isnt muscle then I would rather be lean and then work back up to a higher weight with more actual muscle mass while maintaining a low body fat. I am going to keep going ... Keep losing slowly so that i can hold on to my muscle.

Yea, I don't like focusing much on doing kegels like actually sitting and thinking about them so I just set my stopwatch and hold the kegel for 20 minutes. If I actually had to do each kegel individually I wouldn't do them.

Kegels are something I do all day everyday subconsciously. I started with a routine (as written in Phase 1) but soon realized Kegels can be done anywhere and at anytime, this allows me to do them driving, reading, music, tv, whatever. The important thing to understand about the Kegels is that it allows us to hold more blood in the penis which allows us to become larger. The sexual benefits are many and the acquired abilities are amazing.

I don't know now that you mention it. I thought with such an extreme curve, it had to be Peyronie's. I have always had it but have never been a fan of it.

I highly recommend the clamp for all those who are tired of breaking cable clamps or are tired of the cable clamp not being tight enough.

I was going to suggest fasting as a extremely fast method, this is how I train to dump the fat. I usually fast for 28 days and from there I will start to pick up calories. For me, fasting is easy since I am a minister and fast regularly for religious reasons.

Wow that's a lot of fasting. I have a hard time just getting through 24 hours let alone 28 days. :P

My diet on the 28 days does give enough nutrition to sustain me but it is a tough deal to make it through the 28 days. After this time I introduce more food each day until I reach a place that sustains my weight. It is also important to know that the fast needs to be accompanied by exercise in order for the fat to be lost and not valuable muscle. I do not go crazy with exercise, just enough to accomplish my goal.

Today I am 198.8 at 12.8% so that means I am down a bit over a half percent of body fat and my muscle mass stayed the same. I'll see if this trend continues and if those fat loss I have is actually real.

I use Hydrocortisone but am still interested in the findings on Castor oil
