If I had to guess if you just let it sit about 50% will soak into the skin. If you rub it in then much more will get into the skin.

I didn't really keep track of how long I wore it but it was everyday so on the safe side I am guessing about 50 hours. So the total now is 186 hours in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words].
 
Today will be my first day back to PE after a one week break. I took a break because I had a bunch of little skin tears after using the thicker man clamp to do frendos (not a good idea). Even after I went to a less intense exercise the tears in my skin remained. Which is a good point to bring me to and that is don't work through injuries. Don't be obsessed with PE so that you become out of balance and create a mental disorder relative to PE. PE is supposed to be a supplement to life, it shouldn't be our lives in so much that it consumes us. I mean why do any of us do PE? It isn't just for the sake of doing PE it is because we want to change something about ourselves. Let something more important like God be the center of life and next your family and friends otherwise we will continue in a downward cycle from whatever caused us to get into PE in the first place.

I bought the silicone cylinder cushion from LA Pump because my main issue with old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] in my review here (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83308-Penomet-versus-Old-School-Hydropump-Review). So I bought the accessory to give old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] a fair shake.

I will also be using the thicker man clamp still but just doing standard clamping. Oh side note: I created a review of the thicker man clamp for those who missed it (http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83972-The-Superman05xx-Thicker-Man-Clamp-Review).

Good to hear you are back and ready to go again. Clamping can be a dangerous method of enlargement and extra caution should always be used but you learned that and I hope your newer sessions are more safe. I look forward to better news in the future.

Yea I'm back at PE. I have actually never injured myself with "clamping" alone I have injured myself with other more intense forms of clamping like frendos and cable clamped pumping.

So far so good, been doing PE the last two days and no skin problems to speak of. 12 more hours in the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] bring me to 338 hours. Still back and forth about the all day cock ring. It tends to get uncomfortable but if I can get through about eight hours of wearing it I tend to have pretty good expansion.

As far as fitness goes I have been doing cardio twice a week (two ten minute HIT workout consisting of walking and hill runs 30 seconds each until I reach ten minutes) and I do this while fasted. Still doing two fasting days a week. I am down to around 192lbs at about 11% body fat. I am taking creative for the time being so I am not getting a accurate measure of my body fat from my scale but if I am still have in body fat next week I will likely increase my cardio or change around how I do my cheat day.

I am doing weighted dips everyday now instead of push-ups. I do 30 dips (15lbs) every morning but Sunday. I do them vince gironda style to really target my chest because my chest has always been one of my weak body parts. If I didn't mention this already I train calves every time I go to the gym (3 times a week). They are also one of my weak body parts. I do either standing calf raises or leg press calf raises (depending on the gym location I am at) each workout either increasing in weight or reps. Also what should be noted about my calf training is that I do occlusion training to train them.

Anyway that's all for now, still trying to make gains in every department.

Wise words and I had to come to the same realizations too. PE now is a part of my life and is not my life. Oddly I had to gain size to realize it's not as important as I thought it was. As they say in my meetings the insanity is in the obsession. It's a marathon not a sprint.

I was going to comment on this yesterday, I think us long time users make PE a part of our life, just like brushing your teeth or taking a shower. After a while it becomes a more relaxed thing, absent of anxieties of when we first started. It is good to have so many long time users in the Brotherhood to testify to this.
 
Thanks guys ... Yea I definitely dont think outsiders will ever understand what PE means for those on the inside. To me PE is like bodybuilding and what I mean by that is the ability to have control over your body and shape it the way you want it to be even if you were born less than a "superman" haha.

To me if you have the mental toughness to endure pain in bodybuilding and in PE then you are more suited to endure other pains in life.

I think if I were to use this method I could avoid turkey neck ... What do you guys think?

You obviously have those luxury options and I love how you review each one with such intent and dedication, no bias at all. These are the threads that help the Brothers make decisions and your help does not go on deaf ears. Those are very kind words and I will do my best. Helping others and doing reviews is becoming more fun than PE itself (oddly enough). I think the old quote of, "Help enough people get what they want and you get what you want," can be applied here. Helping others and being involved is what has kept me consistent in PE this last year. Without a support network of like minded people we are just seen as obsessive weirdos (kinda like bodybuildings in the 70s). To any newbies reading this involvement is the key to consistent PE work.

I agree. With all the new reviews to the various exercises, routines and tools start to ad up and give a clear picture of what a newbie can expect. There are so many options today and getting your head around all of them is a challenge, having reviews from real users helps this confusion.
 
I haven't really had much change in my PE so I got somewhat tired of,posting the same thing everyday. That said I am back to PE after having figured out how to do it with the demands of my new job. I really can only do PE on my off days from work since I work 12 hour shifts so that means I will be doing PE two or three days in a row with two or three days of rest. I started back doing PE heavy this past Monday. I am doing the same routine I was previously. Really nothing special right now guys other than I am giving old school [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]hydropumping[/words] another fair shake.
