Hey guys, just want to give a quick update. For the past couple of months I have slacked on the consistency of the routine. I have been able to wear my donut ball weight and divo-suits most of the time. My 20mmx40mm ball weight was ok for a while but I was feeling cramped. I was deciding to order a 20mmx32mm or 20mmx34mm weight. I went with the 20x34 and it's a lot more spacious, any bigger and the weight would slip off though because the 34mm already does but it's a rare case. If I were to stack weights I would get a 32mm but I don't think I'm going to do that do to wanting to wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] with one ball weight comfortably. I could wear my 20x34 weight with ease with my [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. This routine will begin as you wake up. If you don't have time when you wake up or just don't want to you can do it anytime of day inside your room or bathroom wherever you feel most comfortable. Lately I like doing it in the bathroom around when I take a shower. I don't always do it when I wake up either and not everyones schedules are the same. I personally found it best to base your routine around shower time because it gives you the motivation to go in the bathroom and stay inside the warmth.


PHASE 1- Warm-up
First thing I do is bring my supplies into the bathroom or room and start the routine. If you stretch with your hands I highly suggest you get the thera-band for grip. I use the lentHydromaxaster for stretching because it's more intense. I will bundle to the right which is basically doing a 180 or 360 with your penis. I get the best stretch when I do a 360 and bend my penis towards me so I'm creating a kind of rope like tension. The bundled stretches and the bending method are called rolls both are very effective. You can do both with your hands I like using the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] though. That's why I encourage people to get the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] because you can do so much with it. I'll stretch in all directions especially heavy down and behind the cheeks for ad least 30 seconds each or until I feel I've got a good stretch. I might even just do down and btc stretches if I feel like it cause all directions might be tedious sometimes. You just need that thera-band and know how to wrap and your good. After your done the first set of streching it's time to go in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] again for a quick 3 min. set and then yet another set of stretching this time bundled to the left as well to make shore you hit all angles and if you missed something in the first set. After stretching your ready to move to phase 3. Or you can simply put on your divo-suits and relax. But the optimal thing would be to log hours into the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words]. You can even do a stretch of choice every hour while your using the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Why not even do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words], stretching and [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] supersets which I will explain. PHASE 4- Girth

I just want to write down a good kegel routine that another member posted but it got lost. You can do it in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] too. Also I here very good things about kegel blasters while stretching. You can mix kegels in with erect work as well. If you do kegels at these times you won't need to do it at random times. I get the best kegels while I'm laying down with a pillow between my legs as well as my penis tucked in between my legs these are pillow fowfers. So I'm kind of in the fetal position right now. But instead of laying sideways twist your torso up so your chest is facing more upwards like your typing on the phone. You can even watch adult entertainment on your phone at this moment to turn it into erect kegels. Now for each kegel picture like your lifting up your head while doing an erect kegel even if you aren't erect. Try to loosen your anus muscles as much as possible. If you try to do those things even 1 kegel becomes intense. Now do this for ever kegel rep try and keep that mindset.
 
Or if your sitting or laying down and have a random hard on you can turn on adult entertainment, put a book on your lap and use the book as a weight. The lifting motion is the exact motion you should always strive for even if not erect. I'll post the kegel routine tomorrow but its basically the same as the one a couple pages back.

I thought it was kind of interesting cause that lifting motion is the good form but its hard to always stay erect. With the fowfer kegels I can be flaccid and get the most out of the kegel workout. BTW on the ball weight size. Unless you have noticeably above average balls or into ball pumping your not going to need over a 32mm. The 30mm works but is on the snug size for the guys and I'm wearing the 34mm now it works but I would not wear it if your doing something adventurous cause it has popped off while driving and felt like it when I was in the parking lot when I got out my seat so 34mm is a bit too large. I'm going to get the 32mm next and its probably going to be my best fit withouta doubt. After owning a 38, 30, 34, I now realize the lucky number is 32. I hope this saved people a lot of hassle. The 34mm ball weight just slipped off now when I got out of bed and also I noticed they tend to slip when the weather gets warmer so I would not bother with a 34mm unless you really think you need it. The 32mmx20mm seems like its going to be a great fit for a long time and for a lot of other guys who want that goldy lox fit in a ball weight. Just make shore to take it off and clean it ad least twice a week it collects grime you might not see if you don't take them off.

Hey guys, I just want to post what I believe to be the holy grail of kegel routines that was lost deep within the realm of the pe archives. Rumor has it this kegel routine was forged by an evil thunders place member than brought to [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words] and stuck only to vanish without a trace a long with it's bringer. Luckily I still remember it by heart and will post it in it's true original glory without any modifications or side notes. My mods to this will come later but with this you can make your own mod too.

1 sec. kegels x 100 reps
2 sec. kegels x 25 reps
5 sec. kegels x 5 reps (kegel as hard as possible on these)
relax pc muscle for 45 sec.
1 kegel 45 sec. or to failure

Watch what happens if you do this ad least once a day. My changes would be to make the kegel to failure an intense slow kegel burn to failure. And to go a bit longer on the 5 sec. kegels so maybe a full 10 seconds to create a slow power kegel. Also you can do this routine erect with a book or other weight on your penis.

Hey, a lot has been going on lately I been working at this new part time job for about a month. It's perfect because I'm making money and have a good amount of time to myself to do pe. Timber also mentions to get amino acids like lysine, proline, glycine, alanine and valine. Maybe add Arginine to that for girth workouts at night. I might take half of a multi sometimes and in the future I want to get a good vitamin C and B complex. But those are just for overall health anyway. Thanks for looking out DLD. I'm not gonna mess with the injections until maybe further down the road. But kingsnake has provoked my interest in the DMSO/PAMA treatments. I don't think I would get the 70% DMSO although cause of my bad skin I would try the 50% first. Although I'm skeptical if a cream would really make the tunica more pliable so it's really a hit or miss.

I think the injections only make you stay hard for long so you gain from the erect work not from the injections themselves. So I might have to look into the DMSO and PABA further. To do the kegels lately for material I've been using image fap animation and pics instead of using video. Another change is that I'm getting a good space heater so I can heat my bathroom nicely for pe.

I would not suggest using in this way as it will not bring the best results and you will most likely retain a lot of water. The best way to use that 30 minutes would be to break the sets of jelqing and pumping into 5 minute mini-super-sets. So basically you will do a routine that looks like this:
