Hi, This is a very simple yet effective routine that I made that is actually fun and easy to stick to which is the most important thing. It took me years to figure out and this is basically the finished product of constant tweaking. I found this routine really flows and is very simple and to the point. I'll keep it short and sweet here it is...

- warm-up (opt.)

( your stretch of choice, I personally like a variation of downward or btc stretches and the mother lig stretch for good measure a long with DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] internal stretch, you don't have to make the stretching session long just short and intense so you bang it out quick. )

- after the quick stretching set I get ready for a nice [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session, I like to get ready by doing some ball stretches for a nice long sack ( the only sack stretches I do are the ones where you grab the skin just above the sack with one hand and pull downward while at the same time pulling the penis upward with the other, this is an extremely good sack stretch and the only one you really need for a really long stretched out sack )

- once the sack stretches are complete, hop in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for about 20-30 min. ( I love doing a variation of hard kegels in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a boost, when I'm ready to take it off I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] hardcore stretches for 1 min. )

- after you have a nice pump from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] it's time to do some erect work to make big fast gains and expand the tissues just like DLD's [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] theory states. I usually edge with a cable clamp at the base and under the glans for no more than 20-30 min. the cool thing is you can mix any other girth exercise with the clamps on to make your edging session into a crazy girth routine. Like maybe every 5 min. you can throw in some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] or ulis to add to the intensity. While doing this I almost always end up with a dry orgasm.

This is pretty much it, after the edging session your done. You can choose to warm-down or throw on a cock ring. Maybe add some extra kegel work here and there for good measure. It's easier for me to just jump into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] when I wake up and do erect girth work to see my gains until I get the penis master pro further down the road and get a steady schedule going.

Very good looking routine. Moved and stuck in newbie section because I think its well put together for newer members but still powerful.

I forgot to mention a really good kegel routine I found around here that I can't find anymore so I will post it again for anyone that came late and doesn't know it. A good way to do this workout below is to have a pillow between your legs like doing a fowfer with your penis tucked between your legs and legs crossed. A good time to do this is when you wake up, before bed, while brushing teeth, or in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words].

- 100 reps of 1 second hard and fast violent kegels doing each rep as hard as you can and fast
- 25 reps of 2 second kegels
- 5 reps of 20 sec. kegels do these extremely hard as possible where your picturing that your lifting up your entire head/glans upward as if doing erect kegels
- relax pc muscle for 45 sec.
- kegel burns - as slow as possible squeeze your pc muscle painfully slow for as long as possible and breath while you squeeze ever so slowly towards a full power squeeze.
- when you get to the full on squeeze after doing the kegel burn try to hold it to failure

This is a intense kegel routine so try to start with doing it ad least once a day preferably with the pillow between your legs or in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. I cycle the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. It means one day 4 mintues intense every hour and on the other hand of the spectrum 20 minutes very light every hour.( I experimented with very long sessions like one hour [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] but it makes no sense without breaks.)

I believe regular daily Penis Enlargement(with the occasional off day) in different Tension/Time frames with different approaches to attack different cells/parts in the dick is king ;)

I followed all the instructions truant gives and well let me say... Great!

In my plan i'm searching for more lenght than girth but this routine is absolutely amazing, i started the 6 min on [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] then doing 10-15 min stretch. I used the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for 25min and then clamped two times for about 5 min with a 2-3 min break between the reps (no uli or [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words] were added just to try the efficency in the short term) and finally the kegel that make my PC muscle to scream. After the whole things my shaft was thicker that i can barely grab it in an ok grip with thumb and middle finger.

So i'll continue to use this routine to see its results for this month but i believe it will be easy to achieve some! ;)

Sounds like you took it easy on the clamping to start which is great. The way I do it is I just put on the clamp on the skin without padding because I don't have it on too tight. I keep it on the 3rd from fully tightened or maybe 2nd but just enough to keep a 100% erection. One clamp at the base and another below the glans (glans clamp is looser) then put on some adult entertainment and edge. After about 10 min. I'll loosen the clamp to let fresh blood in then tighten again and keep edging for ad least 15-20 min. but 30 min. is a really good session.

For everyone who has the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words], I found out a way to create strong leverage for the mother lig stretches. Next put your foot up on your bed or someplace high as if you are doing a lunge. Now all you have to do while grabbing one handle, place the other handle of the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] under your leg so it's resting on your upper hams and around your butt.

That will create really good leverage as you do the mother lig stretch aka Blue whale stretch. I found it gave me a lot better leverage than just using my hands because the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] actually acts as a lever while your pulling on your triangular ligs.

But yeah DXX3, if you do that routine ad least once a day that is good enough to see gains. I'll do that whole routine once a day as quick as possible. After that I just have fun and do as many [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions as I want and maybe watch adult entertainment while I edge more if I'm horny.

Anyway i do manual stretch most of it forcing the lig downward i feel it is more effective to me. Yep so i understand the purpose of the 6 min, i had imagined, not seeing the warm-up written anywhere, and yes i don't do clamping really often so i prefer to go slow with it.

My current routine is 5 on/2 off and as i said i'm looking for more length, but i think i'll do this at least 3 days in my routine so i can focus my time on the lenghtering exercice.

It's good to make the tissues even more pliable and warmed up but I think you will be fine with the just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] especially that summer is coming, it was so hot in my room today it was above 80 degrees outside so the balls are sagging like crazy lmao.

Also I want to mention if you want to add the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to the routine you can simply put it on as soon as you wake up and make breakfast or something or do whatever you have to before you start the routine. Or you can stretch first thing and then put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] if you want to heal in the lengthened state after the stretches.

I would probably do the first thing because it's easy to just wake up and throw on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] while I go make breakfast and sit around talking to friends on fb. Then chill until your ready for the routine it's up to you the modify the routine the way you want it's very flexible.
 
DLD had a great idea about doing kegels through out the day and before a workout to pre exhaust the muscles. Today I was just experimenting with doing 100 - 1 second kegels while doing my ball stretches. It worked out really well and is easy to do before a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] session. Then doing kegels in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] after that is a good way to work the pc muscle. I also want to get used to doing DLD blasters during a quick [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LM[/words] session before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] to further exhaust the pc muscle. Kegels during every exercise basically if you can and often through out the day like DLD says.

Hi, sorry for the late response. Thanks DXX3 for the kind words! I'm very happy to see that this routine a pe in general is working for you. I will be coming out with a new edition of this routine.

I want to make it more detailed including every product I use, and detailed amount of sets and reps. I will also be aiming to make the routine as easy to follow as possible and keep in mind that people work and have lives.

My plan is to make the routine very flexible and fun. For example, if you wake up and don't feel like or don't have time for wearing the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] for hours on end. Simply don't do it, bang out a couple [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] sessions in it's place. The point is if you don't feel like doing a certain exercise, just do something that you like in it's place. Maybe set up 3 days per week were you hit the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] hard for many hours.

And the rest of the days your only wearing it for 2 hours. I will also be describing on how I make my progress charts with a pencil, ruler, and paper. This includes drawing a calender of the current month and using the "don't break the chain" motivational calender used by Jerry Seinfeld.

By marking the days I accomplish some form of pe with a big red X. On the back of the paper is the log for the month were I put the dates and what pe I did on those dates. All this will be coming soon on this thread. Thanks

My new routine is coming soon sorry for the delay. It's pretty much the same except it will be in more detail describing exactly what to do and when. It adds minimal hours of the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words] to grow, and shows when exactly to warm-up the tissues to reduce injuries and maximize gains which helped me. So I'm becoming more of a believer in hot warm-ups especially to the meatus before girth. I will also be featuring the products I use and you can ask me questions about them if you need sizing or anything. How it's done...

The goal is to ad least complete the minimum work load each day, off days are optional. You don't ever have to step up to the medium or high work load if you don't want to, the minimum work load is the daily routine your going to stay most consistent with. You can choose to do the medium load one day and go back to the minimum the next. If your feeling up to it, maybe you can do the max work load then take the next day off and continue the minimum.

Before I go into the steps of how to perform the routine I will make a list of all the pe items and regular household items I use to aid me. Also I will make a wishlist. How to pe at work...

Even if you work a 9-5 and have little time to pe, there is a way to fit ad least the minimum work load after you come home from work. Your schedule is most likely different then mine so the way you work around this issue. Here is the routine in detailed steps. The steps will show instructions for each exercise on all 3 work loads. Below I've described when to stretch using the different work loads..

med.) 1st stretching set: before [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]... 2nd set: between [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]

NOTE: In the Max work load above I basically put every time interval you could stretch in the routine. So if your doing the min. or med. loads you can move the stretching sessions to any one of those times mentioned in the max. load. For example if I'm doing the min. load which only requires to do one set of stretching.

I can move that set to after girth if I wanted or any other time that's written in the max. setting. I wrote this so you don't get confused as to why I'm not writing down the other stretching sets used in med. and max. work loads. Because I'm only writing down the minimum load so you can see a clear example of the routine below.

Routine version 1.0 (minimum)

* Step 1: Out of the 4 times to stretch mentioned above in the max. setting. Sorry for the late response, it's just been crazy with hurricane Sandy but everything is good now.

I will put up a more detailed version of my latest routine soon. It's hard cause not everyone has the equipment and same schedule. I'm still trying to find out whats the best time of day to do kegels and other detailed stuff. Like for example DLD had a good point about doing kegels before exercise to pre-exaust the tissues. So for me I would want to do my kegels when I wake up before I stretch and go in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]SG[/words]. Just little things like that and when to do certain stuff to get the most out of your routine. All this a more is coming in the next version. I'm trying to make the routine as solid as a rock with no loose ends. Also an updated equipment list is coming.

BADASS I just ordered my devosuits (so stoked!!!) Hey traunt, how many layers do you put on? The guy who sells them told me he wears 6 at a time now. He says it gives him great compression. So I think I might buy 2 or three of them and work up to amount of layers used.

It works if you cut the socks in half, you end up with a 5'' sock that's more than long enough.

I have to fold mine about 1'' from the glands so the glands have room. And for people that are circumcised you can actually notice a little bit of FR as the socks keep the foreskin up.
