Nice, I'll try that out once I'm finished with intense hanging. If I get any better EQ I'll never get the hanger attached again. Taking the 5 Gs (ginko balboa, ginger, ginseng, garlic and green tea) supplements and going to the gym again (hitting legs each time) has given me retarded EQ. Also taking GABA (pre workout, before bed - empty stomach) and melatonin (before bed). I get hard when wrapping and stay hard even as I tighten the hanger. Annoying.
I'll cop some l-citrulline and put it on the shelf for when I am working girth/PGE1/fucking.
