Its a tool crucial for length.
I do have a good wrapping setup, which is I guess the most ghetto on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words]. But it works for me even at 2100g. I have the X4-labs [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] with its head piece and larger base.
I currently use [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words](3.75”) + 3” + 1” + .5” = 8.25”.
My BPFSL in the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] is 8.5”(little over 21cm). Tension stays between last tension marks, which is 2100-1400g. Basepadding is not shown on pictures.
