Thanks for the reply. Believe me, I know that 7" is a lot but that and beyond is my ultimate goal. My wife and I have been "playing around" with different sizes and she LOVES it around the 8" mark, even a bit bigger...;) Don't get me wrong, I know that that kind of gains will take a VERY LONG time and require serious dedication but we're up to the challenge. Really just wanted to know if it was remotely possible and I think you've answered that for me...:) Thanks again!

Yeah, I would love to see my wife's "lips" wrapped around 7+ inches of girth and I know she would enjoy it just as much as I would...:) All this girth interest only came to light a few months ago while playing with different things. It really became a "big" deal when we start to play around with fisting. She absolutely loves it! It might take 30+ mins to get her warmed up to take it and I've only been able to get it all the way in once, but it's worth the work. The nice thing is that we've been married for almost 19 years and this has just taken our sex life to another level.

So, as I stated earlier I would LOVE to get close to the 8" mark. Do I expect to get there, maybe? Do I expect overnight results, absolutely not! However, I am one that when I set a goal it takes a lot to discourage me. With that said, can you recommend a good place to get clamps and a good quality pump? In addition, is there a routine out there that Shorty Mac did that I can find to follow? And the last question for now, realistically, how much girth do you think I could gain in a year?

RED, I'm new to this forum and I'm still trying to learn how to navigate threw it. About 6 months ago I had my prostate removed. Since the surgery I have been dealing with ED. I've tryed the pills which did nothing for me. I've tryed the penile injections it sort of worked but my penis was so sore that I didn't even want to use it and I only got half erection. So it wasn't worth the trouble. On top of that I just couldn't get myself to inject myself and my wife was not going to do it. So I've read that pumping could help, Doc also said try it could help also. So I ordered a pump with a gauge and some cock rings the other day, should have them by the end of the week. I must say this forum sure has alot of info but I can't seem to find any threads on pumping to help ED. Can you steer me in the right derection?

Sorry to hear about that. Pumping will help your EQ and a good guide on that can be found here . Also a normal Penis Enlargement routine in time will help EQ too. DLD has a newbie routine in the newbie section as a sticky & I've made a few routines in the newbie section also, again stickys.

You either want it or you dont, its simple as that. It can get boreing I suppose but you must set a goal and targets what you want from it. Check out the sticky thread in the mental penis enlargement section on useing paper cut outs to see your goal in physical before it happens.

Use sensible �naked people movies�star sizes or guys on here for goals to reach. Set small goals for example 1/4 inch length gains and 1/8 inch girth gains in a few months and than keep adjusting it, so your not knocked back mentally when you dont see a massive gain in inches dureing those first months.

You also dont need to do loads of Penis Enlargement to gain either, as I have proven time and time again. This can put people off as they assume ones whole life must evolve around it ... IT DOES NOT ... check out the newbie section and the stickys at the top because I have made a thread with some good routines in that WORK and dont need to be done everyday .. one on one off is fine and even one on 2 off aswell ... just make it intense and dont do it for hours upon hours unless your doing ADS,ADC or extender work which is more light because your not dealing with a high erection quality to fatigue the penis like it would when erect.

I am considering joining and trying to increase the size of my penis. However, I looked at the sample stretch exercise where you sort of drape your penis over your wrist and my faccid penis is no where near long enough to do that stretch. I am 5" erect and about 2 and a half flaccid. Seems like this program is set up for guys who are bigger than that to begin with

You don't have to grab your wrist with your other hand. It just gives you stability. Maybe that's a goal you can work for.

Just wanted to run this by you quick,

I'm after a longer penis right now as my girth is naturally big so i feel it needs less work at this point in time.

So, i was thinking, if i do length in the morning thats a brief work out (15 mins or so) and then did another proper length session with jelqing to finish at night and every two nights do a girth workout, would this be more beneficial or would focussing on length right now be the best option?

My length is what concerns me the most at the moment, i'm really aiming to bust out 8". I know it's an inch and it won't come to quick but i have gained an inch in a month at the start so i'm determined to get atleast 7.5 before Christmas.

2. Which exercises have provided the most gains over your constriction career? For example, do bends help more over all than uli's? How would you order the effectiveness of the exercises?

1] Clamping [Constrictors is the term I gave them as not everyone uses a clamp] is just one step to the method with the other exercises done while in the enlarged state adding additional stress to the penis. For example doing clamped horse squeezes VS normal horse squeezes. The former is much more powerful because you are working with more blood which is getting more larger engorgement to the penis than it would normally which than in time equals a better growth because you have been working to the best intensity you can.

Let me explain with another example. This time a length exercise such as a simple stretch underneath the glans of the penis and pulling towards the belly button. I call this when done clamped a TCS/CTS. When done un clamped you will feel a nice stretch in the external tunicae but when you do it clamped WOW you really feel this in the penis and this is again because you are working with MORE penis, more blood inside the penis that you are effectively molding like clay into a larger unit with time ... you are stretching a penis in its maximum enforged state externally via its tunicae which places allot of stress onto it, more so than it not being clamped and its this extra stress which I found and seen in members doing this that speeds up the growth process.

To put it simply ... clamping is an excellerant for Penis Enlargement and can be used in MOST methods with common sense apart from hanging really but I have tried it years ago. The clamping is like very flammable liquid being poured all over its target and than the flame [The exercises being added such as CTS/TCS] comes along and ignites ... you see a massive fire start [The exercise] which would be more powerful than without excellerant. Ofcourse you can also see more negative things with clamping if overdone, so I always suggest that users dont go mad with it but train intense albeit with more rest days.

2] I have always touted Clamped Horse Squeezes for really helping me with girth, they started allot of the early larger gains I got when I used shoe lace. Clamped ATS rollors which is the rolling pin pushing down on the penis while on a flat surface for width, also helped allot get me to a more wider unit. I have since created Frendo's which are even more powerful for width, Frendo's being Crushers in Latin incase you wonder.

Lastly Standard constrictors or simply put clamped edgeing has also been very effective. Just jerking for a X amount of time and not shooting a load while keeping at a very high erection voulume done regularly works wonders for the size.

Hi the former option sounds fine and would work alright for you doing girth & length with splits like that inbetween but you say that length is more important at the moment, so I suggest you just do a length only routine and do no girth stuff because to your surprise you WILL find that with length routines, girth gains will still come about as when your length gets longer the base of the penis starts to get thicker to accomodate the increase.

I have been using your length routine for about a month and a bit. Started using it at the beginning of August and gained 0.3 in August. Not bad at all. Little strong for a newbie i would imagine but for someone with some experience its good.
