Sorry, one last question. Couldn't figure out how to edit my last message. Anyway, is mild burning of the skin when doing exercises like SSJ a sign of expansion? Is that the feeling we're looking for? Would only make sense that it is but just wanted to make sure. Thanks again for your time!

Sounds like it could be. That burning of the skin is either from the expansion stretching the skin out or your hands as they rub the skin causing friction. Its not really a feeling you need to have when doing this exercise. What you want to aim for and see is EXPANSION ... a larger penis than normal during your session. Aim to try and expand further on each session.
 
hey red, i'll start doing your girth routine, clamped wet jelqs, clamped horse squeezes, clamped edging. The thing is, i don't have a clamp or a cock ring, so i'll use a shoe lace, is that all right? do i have do "wrap" the base of the penis before tie the shoe lace or can i do with no wrap? do i have do get full erection in all of the three exercises? thank you very much

Nice choice and sure a shoe lace is just fine. I would suggest wrapping beforehand and to shave the pubes as they can get caught in the lace. You do need a full erection when you perform the exercises as well but doing them semi-erect at first until you get used to the whole technique and feel while 'clamped' is suggested, than you can perform them fully erect.
 
Ok then, thanks for clearing the things up Red! Another questions: The wrap can be done with a sock, ok? How tight the tie has to be? Do i have do get erected before the clamp or after? i'll do wet jelqs with baby oil, so, would it be a problem doing the next two exercises (clamped horse squeezes and clamped edging) with baby oil in my penis or it needs to be done dry? thank you very much Red! :)
 
No probz. Yes a sock can be used, that's fine. The tie has to be tight but not so tight it cuts off circulation. Tie it off in a loop or slip-knot because they are easier to get off and adjust. You can do the tie either before erection or during. Try it while your erect first. I see no problems doing those two exercises with baby oil on your penis clamped. Your welcome.

I know you're a busy man and have tons of questions to reply to, but was wondering if I might get some feedback on the two below concerns. Thanks again for all you provide to this endevour!!!

1. First one is concerning fluid buildup right below the gland. I've done some searches on the forums and understand the benefits vs. neg affects. I am cut and was wondering if this continued buildup right below the gland will cause regeneration of foreskin? It seems to me like that might be the case as when I'm flaccid the skin is starting to extend a bit more over the gland.

2. With everything I've learned through reading the forums and experimenting, I'm making some great progress on my girth work. With that said, I have a pretty significant northward curve in my penis and right at the point the curve begins, it seems that area is significantly lagging from the rest of my penis. I'm only around 6.5 to 7" in length. The bottom 3-4"s are expanding wonderfully as are the gland and the top inch or so of the shaft. It's an area of 1 - 1.5" in the upper middle that seems to be lagging. I'm not sure if this is something to be too concerned about because on my rest days there is not a significant noticeable difference. This is mainly noticeable after a session. To the point that there is almost a "donut" like spot in the middle of the shaft right below the lagging area. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Hi Red, I am new to the forum and I know this is a n00bish question (but I am in the right place eh? ;) ) I am more concerned about how hard my erection is as opposed to my penis size. Do you know where I could find info about getting a stronger erection? Thanks.

Starting out I was 6.6 inches erect and 5.4 inches girth erect. Current stats I need to check but have grown into 8.5 length and stable more uniformly at 7 inches and over in girth. I fill the X-40 Bathmate at the base now.

Hey Red, you're the king of clamping so I was wondering something: If I do clamped jelquing will this help with my length gains like regular jelqs do?
 
It will help thats certain but its much more intense than normal jelqing because of higher pressure. This brings greater chance of injury. Check out Blue_Whales clamped jelq technique here.

What do u think about this routine? 10min Bathmate, 5min jelqing, 10min bathemate, 5min jelqing, 10set of 10sek horse Squeezes, and finish with 5min ligth jelqing. 1day on 1day of. i started pe in november last year :) and im looking to gain girth
