I found on web that for injured penis healing treatment is ice compress.Im gonna not to masturbate till my problem wouldnt be cured,so im gonna soon go to doc to see is something is not ok or it is ok.Beside this rest(from pe and masturbation) im doing penile massage(is this ok) every day for skin and circulation and im gonna add ice compress(is this ok for injured penis),because when i was at holidays on sea,at time when sea was totally cold i was swiming and being in sea for 15 minutes,and for week it was better and better but when i left from there to city im not doing any ice compress and i wanna cure it to perfection to re-start my Penis Enlargement program and adventure.I miss that.So Red what you think?Any advices gonna be aprichiate.

Take some rest and until it heals up dont use high intensity. Use the cold compress and hot treatment.

Check out the Hirudin cream, which is from Leeches and great for such injuries which can be purchased here < A member on the forums has just bought from them and also try searching Cosagrande.com and buying the cheap oil which also contains Leech extracts to heal veins and help circulation.

Red, differently from other people, soon after i start jelqing, my penis goes from a semi-erect state to a flaccid state. i don't know why that happens, and i wonder if jelqing the penis flaccid still works? Also, i don't know how hard should i jelq, should I apply my maximum force? is there a way for me to know if i'm doiing right?

Hello again Red, been a while since I last posted but wanted to run a few things by you for some professional advice. Here goes...

Okay, I've been "playing" around with Penis Enlargement over the last few months sort of getting my penis conditioned for what was to come. Playtime is now over and I'm ready to get down to business. I recently moved over-seas and will be away from the family for the next 15 months and have nothing but time for my Penis Enlargement sessions and wanted to ask for a bit of help.

I am primarily after "GIRTH" with a little bit of added length if the Penis Enlargement Gods so choose. I stated this in an earlier post a few weeks back but the wife can't take a LOT of length an hence the reason for focusing on girth. Presently, my measurements are around 6x5. I've been reading a lot of your work on constrictors and Frendo's and have a pretty good understanding. But to get right to it, here is what I've been doing the last week. I know for a relative newbie it is probably a bit much. However, I want to make as much progress over the next 15 months as possible. Anyway...

- 5-15 mins of very warm water from shower head to get circulation going
- 500-700 wet jelqs (some fast, some slow and as intense as I can handle without causing pain)
- 15-20+ mins of pumping
Then the clamp goes on and...- edge for 5-10 mins to get it good and full
- 5-15 mins of SSJ's (depending on how I'm feeling)
- Here is where I sort of improvised a bit for the Frendo's as I don't have all the tools yet. I start with 30-45 secs of squeezes. I do this with my penis setting in one palm and heal of the other hand on top of the penis. I then squeeze it as hard as I can for 30-45 secs. Switch hand position and repeat. I do this probably 8-10 times. This has me really excited about doing the Frendo's because just using my hands is creating CRAZY expansion. On my last session I also used a hard piece of plastic and just put weight on it while my penis was on the table. Not as comfortable, but still worked well.
- After that I'll do a few slow jelqs and then just edge for a while
- Finally, I head back to the shower, do some hella shakes (or what every you called them) and then warm down with the showerhead for a good 10-15 mins.

From warm up to warm down, my last session was around 1.5 hours.

Now that you have an idea of what I'm doing, some questions with a few things I'm noticing.

1. I'm getting GREAT girth expansion right below my gland and at the base (2 1/2" width). However, I notice that I'm not getting the same expansion mid shaft. Is this normal? Will it even out or what?

2. For the Frendo's, have you or anyone you know doing these had a problem with balancing your penis between the plates or whatever you&#8217;re squeezing it between? Mine tends to role to one side or the other and I'm worried about it developing an odd shape. Should I be concerned about this?

3. Last question for now is with the routine I stated above, would this also target some length gains? I know it's a huge goal and some may think I'm crazy, but my end all goal is to be around 7x7 or so...:)

Well, I'm sorry this is so long but I hope you can help me modify my program to the best girth producing program possible. Remember I have the next 15 months of intense Penis Enlargement work to do and I want to gain as much as humanly possible...:)

Red, How do you gauge when to rest?

Do you have a set plan(ex: 3 on/1 off,etc.) or do go off fatigue?

What's your view on guys who take 2-3 days in a row? I never understood why so long of rest.
 
Experience gauges me when to rest and also my body telling me from feelings and signs I can see on the penis. At the moment I'm in a growth phase and could literally see the outcomes thus far today when I was getting changed. My flaccid penis is hanging longer and thicker. As it stands I've not used the Bathmate for just over 1 week now or to be exact 8 days but have used the extender 4 days ago.

I have had set plans and they work fine but like with weightlifting as you get stronger and bigger in muscle your recovery ability doesnt increase .. its not adapting the same like strength and muscle size. Guys often think in that game doing more is going to speed up gains and progress when in fact it does not. Your body dosnt think, it reacts to the stress ... the liver, the pancreas, the kidneys that are all involved with recovery do not know the difference and wont think ''well he wants to grow so lets speed up'' they will churn along at the usual pace and if one overtrains and does too much, well it cant cause injuries and slower progress.

My experience in lifting weights for cosmetic, strength and health benefits alongwith the penis enlargement have learned me allot that intense, shorter infrequent workouts are better than long half assed regular ones. Arthur Jones, Mike Mentzer, Dorian Yates and Vince Gironda were all correct in how they trained and such guys alongwith John Lyttle and Pete Sisco have influenced me on how I work the penis. It gets me and many other men I help results.

My view on guys who take 2-3 days in a row is that if it works for them than do it. The truth is that everything works, in weight lifting and Penis Enlargement as long sessions have been proven - just look at Arnie - but not everyone will be able to cope with this, either give up or the body will not adapt in time to see growth. Why train using a fraction of your ability when you can use most of it but with that comes longer rest and that answers the last question.

Sorry for more questions but I'm on my last three week push prior to seeing the wife again... :) Couple of relatively simple questions today, or so I think...

1. First one is concerning fluid buildup right below the gland. I've done some searches on the forums and understand the benefits vs. neg affects. I am cut and was wondering if this continued buildup right below the gland will cause regeneration of foreskin? It seems to me like that might be the case as when I'm flaccid the skin is starting to extend a bit more over the gland. I'm not to concerned about it but with most guys in the U.S. being cut and something my wife has not encountered, I'm not sure how she will take it.

2. With everything I've learned through reading the forums and experimenting, I'm making some great progress on my girth work. With that said, I have a pretty significant northward curve in my penis and right at the point the curve begins, it seems that area is significantly lagging from the rest of my penis. I'm only around 6.5 to 7" in length. The bottom 3-4" are expanding wonderfully as are the gland and the top inch or so of the shaft. It's an area of 1 - 1.5" in the upper middle that seems to be lagging. I'm not sure if this is something to be too concerned about because on my rest days there is not a significant noticeable difference. This is mainly noticeable after a session. To the point that there is almost a "donut" like spot in the middle of the shaft right below the lagging area. Any suggestions/recommendations?

Anyway, thanks again for all you, DLD and others do on this site. Wish I had found it a long time ago...
