Sorry i was just confused i read that link you gave me but still am not 100% on how to do it the correct way. And also, how long should i be holding this grip for? and how many sets of these horse squeezes should i do? I was thinking maybe hold the grip for 15seconds....release grip...5 kegals to pump more blood in....tighten grip for another 15seconds and that would complete ONE rep. I am testing out a full body workout(weight training) 1on/2off fort the first time in my life to see if I can gain from more rest like this. I was doing 1on/1off and that wasnt working for me.

I figured might as well do Penis Enlargement 1on/2off the same day than so I can just blast my body and let my body grow for 2 days. now can I test with the MEGA sessions for Penis Enlargement. I did 3-4 sessions before daily for about 6-7 days and stopped cause my unit couldnt do it daily. But since Im going to be doing Penis Enlargement work once every 3 days why not test out sessions 3-4 hours?

I really can't get my head around how horse 440s would work. I saw the picture you posted on them but i don't see what i'm meant to be aiming for.

Is it almost like a backwards jelq but with your hand tight at the bottom?

I do horse squeezes differently than the standard ones. The guy in the picture, well get your hands like that but you dont jelq or move anything ... just hold that squeeze in that static position for a set amount of time, for example 5-15 seconds and than release.

These work really well by trapping blood between the spaces clamped off with your hands and/or clamp which in time builds a thicker penis.

So you dont need to jelq backwards or anything else with my version, just use that picture as an illustration on how to do these for the horse squeezes I recommend, but note that when others talk about horses they could be referring to the standard way of doing them.

Finally I'm not saying my method is better than the standard but for me it was far easier when I started and I grew to love it, so why change.

Okay so you would do the Jelqs first than the horses or SSJs afterwards.
The horse squeezes how I do them are different than the standard way and an explanation to my variation is above your post in this thread that you recently did.

What you said was correct except your not just useing one hand at the base and just squeezing, if you did just that than it would be classed as a ULI which is another exercise, its also a standard constrictor when you use clamping methods.

Right so once you grip around the base you also want to grip somewhere else on the shaft and the picture in the horse thread shows this. So for example approx 1/2 inch underneath the glans and squeeze.

When you squeeze with both hands or if you use a clamp, string, hose tie, medical tournique etc etc than you will notice the space trapped expands a great deal.

Hold these for 5 seconds to start with and keep trying to go for more longer hold times, working towards 15-20 seconds as the maximum because once this has expired you may find [I do] that erection quality starts to decline and you'll need fresh oxygenated blood into that portion now, as you've literally cut off the blood supply with that squeeze to the area trapped in the middle, so going for long holds like with normal clamping isnt good, too tight.

Once you have done that you should makesure you erection is still good and hard, than do it again. Sure kegel, this come naturally as you do this in time.

Im confused when I look at guys who hang or use stretching device on this site. Why do they use these for so many hours. My thing is is your not pushing for max intensity then your not gaining. what do you think about it?

You can hang with max intensity. Heavy weight that brings fatigue in every set.
 
Recently joined member, have been attempting Penis Enlargement for 4 years now at different times. I started with basic exercises I found on the internet, and after a few weeks would stop them. Then I got an extender, same thing would wear for a few weeks (4-10 hours a day) then stop.
Now Im doing your newbie program 1-2x per day, plus mon through fri Im wearing the extender while at work for 6-10 hours. Im determined now. Any advice you could throw me to assist in sticking with it just in case I feel Im starting to slip? Also What is average size, your site doesnt say if the 5.5 if BPenis EnlargementL or just EL. Im at 5 EL and almost 6 BPenis EnlargementL, and 4.5 EG. Im also doing 1000 penile slaps in the shower every day, along with the double ok sign squeeze (one behind the head and one at the base), squeezing both at the same time for 5 seconds, for 50 sets of that.
Also any idea at this rate how long it will take to get some gains length and width?
I have my goals written down along with my stats now, but Im trying to avoid checking every week or even every month, I want to check in 4 months, unless my fiancee says something sooner. ( I havent told her).

Youre average - maybe a cm under, no big difference anyway!

1000penile slaps seems a bit excessive.. and the double ok sign squeeze isnt really newbie/dabbling material.

Keep it really simple! This way it is so much easier to keep on track, I think consistancy is most important with this, just like body building and keeping in shape..

I would start out with manual stretches in every direction you can think of for about 15-20 mins minimum a day. (15 in morning 15 in evening is good i find, doesnt feel like a huge chunk of your day)
100-200 jelqs in the evening session, take them quite slow (3-5 seconds per stroke)
And do the testicle health massage - I think this is the answer to several negative side effects of Penis Enlargement (like turkey neck)
(This is what I do.. and I seem to have made gains.. not official till tomorrow!)

Some people check once a month, but I prefer to check weekly - I know it takes time so am not bothered if I see no difference between weeks - but If I do see gains I am much more likely to keep it going.. and you can tell if something is working well for you this way.. so thats down to the person...
Gains seem to vary between people - you may see some newbie gains, or you might not.

Thanks World wonder, I dont know if Im considered a newbie newbie, as I have been doing that routine on and off with the slaps and girth squeezes for 4 years. Ive been doing the newbie routine 1-2x per day with my added routine for the last 3 weeks every day. Im in the medical field so I have an idea of where to go and stop, however you are the advanced one, so if you say to take it slower I will. I dont want to end up over doing it or not doing enough. Thanks for the advice, all advice welcome as I dont want to lose interest again this time.
 
Im no advanced Penis Enlargement-er. Red would provide you with more stone answers, but I think unless you have solidly kept it up for 3 months then you wont have fully adapted to the strain - is what ive read anyways!

Did you take measurements before you started? 3 weeks could already have shown some results!

And what part of medicine do you do?
Im studying to be a veterinarian at the moment!

I was wondering if there was ever a point where you were only wet jelqing and gained length from that specific exercise only. I ask because I enjoy wet jelqing but I'm not good at all at manual stretching. And unfortunately, I just need an inch of length and I'd be happy (I'm starting at 7" nbpel and 6" eg) but I don't know if wet jelqing will give me that. A few tenths of an inch of girth wouldn't bother me though either.

I'd appreciate any input/help/ideas you can give me.
