Length, i will give it a read thanks.

OK, with a length only workout forego the girth work in SRT. You can include more length work if you desire but the standard workout should be just fine.

Maxing out the bath mate x30, i hit over the 180 mark fully pumped. Does this mean anything ? I am doing two 20 min sessions a day, with manual __________ stretches an jelqing here an there , Also acouple of bathmate stretches. Flaccid stretch has grown but not gained that much , hoping for gains soon.

Temporary expansion is a big part of permanent expansion. What is most important is to bring this state of expanded size daily in order for it to stick. If you have maxed out the X30 you will need the X40 to continue with that work. What is important looking at your post is that you have not looked at SRT yet. SRT will give you the best directions towards using your BathMate. It also teaches you things like healing and gaining faster, pre-stretching the Tunica with Bundles to make gains faster, how to use passive and active PE best, and many other important parts of the penis enlargement process.

Hi all,
Very new to all this. I've recently purchased a Bathmate and am looking forward to my first session. I've been looking at the routine at the beginning of this thread. Can just clarify a few things as I want to do this properly from the get go?

1. Obviously I need to warm up. Presumably sitting in the bath for 5 minutes is enough?

2. Do I jump straight into the Bathmate stretches? Do I do these on my back or standing up?

3. Do I then follow up with the 150 jelqs and does that conclude my session or do I need to finish with 10-15 minutes in the pump.

Thanks for your help.

Hello Jon and welcome to the Brotherhood! I would suggest you use the BathMate in the SRT routine fashion as this will bring the greatest expansion and the least fluid retention. Quickly I can tell you here but I would really like it if you read through and studies the first post in SRT as it will give you a great deal of knowledge. Here is the BathMate routine from SRT:

Girth Program: 5x5x3
5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

5 Minute Slow Squash Jelq
5 Minutes in the BathMate at full intensity

Grand! I've got some reading to do,then.

Will I be able to incorporate some length work (stretches) in there as well as girth work?

Thanks, DLD.

Yes you can. It is a bit of reading but I think you will agree the education of SRT is worth the time!

Going to give this a try after i've done my newbie routine :D

That gives you some good time to read up and study the SRT methodology, it will be the next phase of your growth.

A bath mate would be so convenient to save time for me. Can easily get a workout in whilst showering :D

Indeed in the shower, bath or even dry. Be SURE to get a wine-vac attachment for the extra vacuum.

What's the smallest you can be to fit bath mate goliath, for instance could you use it if you have 7" girth an 8" el ??

The Goliath can be used by any sized penis but the smaller the penis (lengthwise) the more negative space there will be. From there you will need to fill that space with mass other than water. My advice to any man in this position is to use a one of the rubber stress balls. Pop that in and the space is reduced thus vacuum increased. But since your concern in girth, yes, the Goliath is the only pump that will allow 8" of girth at it's max. I have no clue why anyone would want 8" of girth but it is possible.

So are you saying more space in the bath mate is bad?

Negative not in a bad way, in the way of space. So having too much space in the pump is called negative space. This space can be filled by a rubber stress ball in a bigger pump so a smaller man can use it. The ball takes up the negative space and makes the vacuum much stronger. This is usually only with men using the Goliath.

Hi guys, I'm new to this site and to PE in general. I only do basic stretching exercices and jelquing. For the last 2 months, I'm using the bathmate and I would like to know what should I do with the pump. A good routine with pumping and manual exercices? Oh and concerning the bathmate I have a few questions:

1. Is it possible to make permanent gains with bathmate only?

2. Is it possible to make gains if I dont have more than 30 min/day for PE? what would be the most effective routine?

3. How hard should I pump? I read different things about that...Some say that I should pump to NBPEL, others to BPEL and others to max pressure.

4. I noticed red dots after I pump. First it started with hundreds of pinhead sized red dots, then 3-4 bigger spots, then a big spot as if something exploded. The red dots and red spots disappear 1-2 days after. What causes thais and what should I do to avoid this.

5.I'm cut and my foreskin looks puffy where the foreskin is stitched and especially on the right side. what can I do to get rid of that puffiness?

thanks a lot guys

BM hardcore stretches the pressure is great youd learn to increase it lil by lil BM is mainly for girth but you can gain lenght a lil too.

i think whitin 3 months youd be able to see gains!!

30 mins a day is better than nothing, but if you can afford a device such as the PF or the SG youd get a lot of help too..

Yes, you can make permanent gains with nothing more than the BathMate. It will bring great girth gains and minimal length gains. I suggest including some length work also if you want more length.

30 minutes a day is fine if all you are doing is pumping.

I would follow the SRT way of Pumping to make the best gains. It will also fit into your 30 minute schedule. Basically it is 5 Minutes in BathMate at 100% intensity, pull out and do 5 minutes of SlowSquashJelqs and then repeat 3 times for a total of 30 minutes.

Red spots are very normal and will always go away in 24 hours. Bigger bruising can become permanent if you do not practice good warm ups and warm downs. A good warm up would be Bundled Stretched for 5 minutes, these will prime your penis to accept larger gains. After your workout using a hot compress and deep tissue massage for 5 minutes will eliminate much of these issues.

Follow the 5x5x3 as described above. If you are in the tube to long you will take on water retention, which usually collects around the circ. scar. Follow the SRT way and this will not happen.

I got my Bathmate today and would like to know whether the newbie routine is suitable.

I have over a year experience in manual stretches and jelqing where I gained maybe 0.5" length.

I have also used the sizegenetics and phallosan for a few months each with no success at zero gains.

Should I leave out the bathmate stretches for the meantime and stick to the manual stretches. Also should I use my BM in a semi state as opposed to erect in the first couple of weeks.

The routine I had in mind was:

- Manual stretches (various angles 30 seconds each)
- 100 to 150 jelqs
- 5 mins in Bath mate
- Repeat jelqs and Bathmate twice more to total 15 in the Bathmate.
