Very new to all this. I've recently purchased a
Bathmate and am looking forward to my first session. I've been looking at the routine at the beginning of this thread. Can just clarify a few things as I want to do this properly from the get go?
1. Obviously I need to warm up. Presumably sitting in the bath for 5 minutes is enough?
2. Do I jump straight into the
Bathmate stretches? Do I do these on my back or standing up?
3. Do I then follow up with the 150 jelqs and does that conclude my session or do I need to finish with 10-15 minutes in the pump.
