Hello Spare, I hope I can help. Since you have all of the proper equipment and some experience under your belt I would go for the SRT Routine. This will utilize everything you have and show you the best way to use what you have and how to combine it is certain ways to cause greater gains. Have a read through SRT and let me know what you think. I can help you modify the routine if necessary.
 
I would like to stick to a bathmate/jelq/manual stretches routine. Don't want to use SG or PF ever again (really dislike them especially the SG).

The updated routine I had in mind was:

- Bundle stretches (1 rotation at the moment for 30 each direction)
- __________ stretches I recently found out about (30 seconds each direction)
- Standard stretches (30 seconds each direction)
- 100 jelqs
- 5 mins Bathmate at 60% erection for first 2 weeks progressing to a fuller erection after
- 100 jelqs
- 5 mins Bathmate
- 100 jelqs
- 5 mins Bathmate (15 mins BM total)
- Apply cock ring after (but I'm not sure how long I should keep it on for)

Does that routine sound ok for my current "experience"?

You could take it easy and maybe try doing your girth routine every other day.
When you're fatigued it's a great time to get length in.

Great video to post Munto

Red dots are normal and will go away after a few hours. Proper warm ups and warm downs will help prevent this. EQ issues are usually due to weak pelvic floor muscles or fatigue. If you are doing a proper Kegel routine it will most likely be fatigue. Fatigue is good is a way as it is the best time to stretch the penis as the penis will not hold back due to being fatigued. But, if you are not doing Kegels you need to start now as if you grow without increasing the strength of the Pelvic Floor Muscles your erection will become weaker and weaker. A bigger penis demands more blood and the ability to hold that blood...KEGELS!

After a Bathmate session I immediately apply the Bathmate "Gladiator" cock ring at the base. How long should I keep it on for? At the moment I have it on for about 30 mins after finishing. Should I keep it on for up to 60 mins, then after that apply a looser cock ring (cheap ebay one) for the rest of the day as the Bathmate one I quite tight.
 
I would say the first 30-60min maybe even up to two hours after any workout are the most important ones.
That said, you can keep yourself expanded by repumping whenever you can - ideally every 30-60min

Makes no difference. I go in the BathMate for 5 minutes than SlowSquashJelq after that and repeat 3-4 times.

Bundle stretches in all 9 directions (30 seconds hold with at least 360 rotation)
A and V type stretches in all 9 directions (30 second holds each)
Bathmate stretches at max pump (5 mins)
Slow squash jelqs (min 2 minutes)
Bathmate at max pump (5 mins)
Slow squash jelqs (min 2 mins)
Bathmate at max pump (5 mins)
Apply official Bathmate cock ring for at least 30 mins after

Evening bathroom routine:
Bathmate max pump (5 mins)
SSJ 2 mins
Bathmate max pump (5mins)
SSJ 2 mins
Bathmate max pump (5 mins)
Apply cock ring for 30 mins

Look good my Brother. I would add in two exercises to perfect this routine. 3 times per week for 5-10 minutes get in erect stretching. Also, wishing your length routine I suggest getting in some Expressive Stretches, these are explained in SRT and there are many ways to do them.

As far as Kegels go you can do them in any position and the more you do the better. The idea behind Kegels are 3 fold, strength, endurance and taking on a bigger size.

ok so how can I incorporate stretching and girth work in the same 30 min session? is it enough to make gains? I dont have time for an AM/PM session

How about concentrating on either length or girth at the moment?
You can get in a solid length or girth workout in 30min, but with both, the chance is pretty high that you are going to skip over stuff.

Take the newbie routine for example, all in all that one should take you about 30min and after probably about 4 weeks conditioning you can add in bundled stretches and erect (bundled) stretches.
But this might not be enough for you depending on your experience/gains you made so far.

I am looking to optimise my routine as its taking too long especially in the morning (I live with other people). Ideally I would like to cut out any unnecessary parts.

In terms of experience I have done the "standard" stretches and jelqs for probably a year in the past. When doing these stretches after the bundled stretches I don't feel much benefit. I was thinking of doing a few more __________ stretches as I feel a good stretch with these. Also before Bathmate stretches I could do maybe 5 mins of the srt sizeblasters to focus on length (I assume this will benefit me more than standard stretches based on my exp).

Also with the sizeblasters I use an overhand reverse grip (thumb towards me) below the glans with the same type grip at the base. I then pull the glans when erect and try to push my other hand as far into the base as possible for at 1 min per rep. Is that correct?

Lastly is it okay to use a cock ring (BM gladiator) when doing the SSQs in between BM sets. I clamp off the base just above where I place the cock ring.

How long have you been doing PE?

I'm fairly new to PE. I only did a few weeks off the JP Beginner Routine and it took too much time. So I bought a bathmate to save time but after like 3 weeks I was starting to get red dots and I stopped because they reappear everytime I pump. I don't know what to do. They started with a redish color but now they are purplish so I'm kinda worry.

Like I said take a look at the MOS newbie routine.
Red dots can be normal after a girth session with the BM, but should be gone within 12-48h.
But it might be too soon for you to go into a full BM routine.

Maybe use it on a lighr pump as a warm-up/down?

I got the bathmate x30. I started with 3x5min for 2 weeks, then 2x10 then 3x6 with full erection. I used it for a month. You think it will be better to do manual stretching only for a month before using bathmate again? Also, how do you perform the behind the cheeks stretch?
