What can i expect with this newbie routine

Hello! I would like to know your opinion on the routine i'm planning to do on a day-to-day basis:

-30 mins-1 hour hand stretching (standard, bundled and broomstick stretches)
-3-4 hours of extender-use (quick extender pro)
-30-40 mins bathmate pumping
-ADS at night (phalosan forte) *I don't have it yet but i plan to get it soon, or may be the sili.

With your experience, do you think it's possible to gain 0,5-1 inches in 3 months doing this or is it too light? I know Length Master 3 is a fast way to get results but i would like to start using after some experience, im just a newbie.
 
That's totally possible if you're determined when you put in a work

Logs, logs, logs, and logs like crazy, from your baseline of where you are now, to health, diets, supplements, and anything and everything. The devil is in the details, and when they devil wants to come out to play, smack it with the broomstick you're using for your PE.

My minimal investment should be the Length Master for aggressive works, but on a budget, an ADS is a must unless you're willing to wrap or sleeve the penis to prevent turtling after the aggressive workout.

It's a great place to start. And I think you'll do well leaning into this. But I suggest as soon as you can and you're able to move into the 5x5x3

Start stretching and you will see what happens.
It's possible to gain 1 Inch really fast, but you need to implement SRT healing to 100%.
Never let your penis shrink together during the day.

My personal experience was that I waited a month after I started stretching to order the LM3. If I could go back I would have ordered on day one and would have been ready for it by the time it came in. I felt the same way you do. If you have the funds, just get it and work it into your program.

For me, manual got old pretty fast. LM makes every aspect of stretching better.

Not a bad routine but I would say forget the Phallosan at night as it's too dangerous. Keep the hand stretching. Change the quick extender pro for a higher quality vacuum based extender. Reduce Bathmate pumping to 20 minutes broken up into 2-5 minute sets.
 
First, you didn't put that you need to buy a MOSRED!

Lower water pumping to 20 min MAX, IMO it is about being consistent than longer sets. You could be wasting time in the tube at 40 min, you could be at the gym looking like a beast.

You should read my other posts about time, you should not think about time, my concern with time is that many people that start are too aggressive like that fast runner at a race that later gets passed by a guy in a wheelchair. Think marathon training, would you run 26 miles with just 3 months of training? Would you be an Olympic athlete in 3 months? Why would you even want that?

But can you get it in 3 months? possibly but don't quit or over-train because you have a time limit, your body is different, it might be 4 months or 4 years but have a real objective.

For me and my body and journey, I am the tortoise but I am pushing when I need to push, that doesn't mean I go slow or that I am not aggressive, it means I am going at it, I am not sprinting and getting tired and then walking. Right now I'm close to 1 year with 1/2 length growth, I'm so fucking happy about the objective that I didn't care if it was not done in 6 months which was my first wish. I'm in it for the long game, I have a 3 to 5-year plan, and I could give a fuck about a 3-month goal.

A broomstick can get you far if there is no money left in the budget.
But LengthMaster 3 is a class on it's own. No device come close to matching the speed of possible growth of that device.
 
That is the routine. I started with and I made incredible growth. But today we have much better options using things like the length masterand the mityvac

I used to use an ADS stretcher at night too, but stopped after a few months... it was interrupting my sleeping quite a lot - I had to take it off whenever I got an erection. Plus, I got some pretty bad blood-blisters from using it... and they don't look nice to say the least(!). They take quite a while to heal/go away too.

I'd say: stick with the routine (except the ADS at night)... but 3 months is VERY optimistic for 0.5"-1" gains - I think you'd be looking at around 9 months to a year.

No, but I might give it a go. The thing is, with my clamping routine, it's VERY easy and not at all time-consuming... I've also (thankfully) had no side-effects whatsoever, so I'm a bit reluctant to stop/change 😄.

If there is no side effects to the modified clamp, do use it with care and observation. However, 5x5x3 is merely an additional SSJ (Slow Squash Jelq) routine into the pumping. The SSJ maximize the tissue elasticity in prepping it for higher expansion for the next pump. The break down is this:

1st session pump, you loosen up the tissues at low baseline pressure. Follows by SSJ to increase elasticity of the tissue. Your clamping is problably attempting to mirror the SSJ using your own hand strength, but using mechanical locking system to ease the hand cramping. On days where I'm too sore to grip tightly, I use either my tighter cock rings or modified clamp as well. But the hand grip does provide that sensual pleasure to provide extra stimulation.

2nd session pump, you crank up the highest tollerable pressure without pain (below 10 inHg or up to 12 inHg in a dynamic pressure pump-then-slow release without remaining at static pressure for greater than 60 seconds). This will push your cellular body to reach toward 2x the size for cellular fatigue/breakage. SSJ further push the pliability of the cellular bodies without the vacuum pressure. It actually causes internal expansion rather than external force expansion.

3rd session pump at baseline pressure, or 1 inHg higher, follows by SSJ.

You're balancing both internal and external force expansion, like twisting left and equally twisting right. Just something to think about.

With the correct progressive intensity the broomstick routine can get you 1 Inch increase of erected length within that time frame, but that progression is not common but it is possible. Especially when you are new to this.
