Length stretches in Bathmate Hydromax

When I was younger I was a tad over 7 Erect but lost some and girth over the years. Not positive on girth.. Think 4.3/4. Never ckd the flaccid stretch. I went into this with 2 goals.. Get back what I lost and minimize turtling. I reached my 1st goal but still have trouble with turtling. I'd be happy if my Erect would get to the FL stretch that I'm at and gain another 1/2 inch girth putting me close to 6.

I would think maintaining will be less time consuming.
Damn your friggin huge ! That’s a lot of girth gain! I’m gonna pump as many days as I can and lightly stretch for length. Everyone here gives me faith that I can reach 7 x 5.5 not too crazy of gains from what I’m reading.

That's good, It feels like you are motivated, but the secret is discipline. No matter what, do not miss a day. You can always do something. Even if it's just 20 - 30 minutes of PE. But most importantly you need a goal and a plan.

Just saying: You should never stretch lightly, you should always stretch with as high intensity as you can. Light stretching is just a massage. Also you need to keep increasing the intensity in your stretching constantly.

Many of times I will be on the sofa watching TV with a blanket over my lap do stretches. I try to do what I can when I can. I still love doing the SiliStretcher - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger at night while I sleep. I recently bought the SiliStretcher 2 - All Day Penis Vacuum Stretcher and Weight Hanger as well but it has been trial and error so far as I cannot fit as far into the bell and at times has been less comfortable. Im hoping tonight's setup is successful.

I understand what you are saying brother, as stretching lightly I meant doing the newbie stretches and holding off on any big purchases for stretchers at the moment. Would love to see what the Bathmate and the Girth program (SRT 5x5x3) will produce for me!

Okey! Yeah, I understand. You don't need "expensive" equipment to make gains. Get yourself a 17,7" long painted broomstick.

I'm using my broomstick to get more pulling force in my penis, as you progress you can do more and more intense work...then finally you replace all the newbie stretches with bundled stretches.
The broomstick also helps you to deform the penis (when you pull it around) when pulling, so the tissu expands at the glands -> Better grip.

Also it makes so that you do not need to pull your penis so far behind yourself. This will facilitate more intensity in your stretches, since you among other things have more strength in your hands/arms in this position. For example in: Behind The Cheeks to the Right.

I have a video about it in my Logbook.
I'm mentioning this since it's a really inexpensive tool.

Okey I understand. I realized that not everyone is single and can do what they want. Sorry for assuming that.

What was your length routine? And time frame ? You gave me a lot of hope! Good to see someone who was my size get to the size I want to be!

I have fashioned a wooden dowel rod for this. In all honesty I am waiting for my soreness to go away from starting my Bathmate training. Hoping after this first week I will build a tolerance. Then I will incorporate my length exercises. I want the silistretcher but may just do these stretches that you suggest to start. What is a bundled stretch??
