I finally found the patience to do a 5x5x3 routine. It's been two weeks so far. Feels noticeably thicker, measure wise about an 1/8 thicker. That was after one day off. Not sure if its cemented yet or not.

My routine is some basic stretches for a few minutes. I than do some ssjs for about 15 minutes or so. Than I get into the shower and use Bathmate Herc for 4-7 minutes or so. No wine vac mod use for first two sets. Some more ssjs for 3-5 minutes. Back into Bathmate for 4-7 minutes. Ssjs for 3-5 or so. Than I step it up and use the Penomet with the wine vac mod for 5-8 minutes.

Now I don't have a clock in the shower so the times are just estimated and not the same every time. The thickest I have been so far after this routine is 6 1/4. It's get better every session.

Yup, 5 on 5 ain't no Jive! I created these sets to bring so much better expansion through tissue growth while eliminating fluid retention. Keep it up and keep prssing the intensity and watch it grow! SRT is a logical place for you to be spending much of your routine!

Have you read through the SRT routine? This is definitely the next routine to jump into after the one you are using!

You recommended to use the SRT program but that requires me to buy SG and many other stuff which to be honest I don't think I can afford right now.
Isn't there some other routine I can follow using the Bathmate or should I stick to the same routine?
Also any exercise I can use to help in improving erection and delaying ejaculation?

What is your question actually? Ask me and I will answer you. The question I saw you posted is whether you need all of the devices to start doing the SRT routine. No, you don't, what's important is you keep yourself in extended/expanded state for as long as possible. SRT is more of a principle and rule in Penis Enlargement rather than an exact routine. Reread the thread and if you have an question I would be happy to answer you. I've been answering and posting like crazy the last 1-2 weeks and don't know how I missed your question. I guess that not every thread is seen and not every question is know about. I am sorry for this, but next time something like this happens- open a new thread and I think that you have a much bigger chance of your question to be seen and answered :)

Well, I would recommend the 5x5x3. The 20 minute sessions are good too, but that would be my choice. My answer is in form of questions:
-do you feel intensity when pumping? Do you feel like the pumping session is intense?
-do you strap a cock ring after your pumping?
-do you do constricted pumping?
-what expansion do you get from pumping?
-is pumping and SSJing the only thing you do?
-do you enter the pump fully?
-do you stay fully erect during the process of pumping?
-how much does the expansion you get last?
-how often do you masturbate?
-do you kegel while you're in the pump?

These are the questions you need to answer me for now and I will try to give you answer to your question. When it comes to premature ejaculation- in my signature I have posted a thread I created the purpose of which is to destroy the premature ejaculation. Take a look at my thread and make sure to post your comment with your opinion on the thread. Read and reread everything in this thread :)

At the moment I am combining my Bathmate sessions with jelqing: 2 x 10 mins Bathmate + 100 to 150 jelqs (I will raise that).

Now my question: Is it generally better to first jelq and then use the Bathmate or vice versa?

Okay so I use Bathmate at the end of the day after using SG for a couple hours. I havent been pumping that long but basically I get a huge expanision and then my flacid size goes way down again. I am pumping for 15 mins and starting with a full boner. Is this a right? Because lots of people talk about having a huge flacid size for a couple hours after pumping which i am deffinitly not getting. It max lasts 5 minutes
 
how I shoud do this. like this : first streches and then Bathmate strechs and after that super sets? or do I get it wrong :(
