10/6/16 5 mins in a pump low pressure still got red dots , gonna continue doing this for a week or two to see if penis gets conditioned if it doesn't , well will cross that bridge when get there

Dots are going to happen but they will go away, do not sweat that!

I get worried , red dots makes me feel like I am breaking my dick or sommit :( , confidence is all just dropping , I just gonna continue with day on and off then move ot 2 on one off and hopefully plod on through this

i am still slowly conditioning penis , with some improvement which is good , 10mins in the pump twice now and not too bad spotting , at all and I am healing quicker too now so guess its just gonna be slow grind but EQ is doing better too which is good

nah this one doesn't , but I can tell whats high or not from feel , I used to pump without a gauge for ages and well fine , , jus tneed to recondition to pe after stuffs
 
I am still pumping one day on and of f, but been super busy and not had tiem to log in here , will start to get back into habit of logging in , stil l getting red dots but slightly less so guess conditioning is coming along ok

You will always have red dots after heavy girth work, they always go away so do not sweat that.

I also go by , if I still have some there which are feinting away but eq is good still workout .

Okay, but I usually keeep going when I know that the weekend will be all off-days.

That is fine as long as after that weekend the spots go away before another session. Spotting always goes away, when it becomes an issue is when it causes bruising.

Stealth PE, which means using every opportunity to get in PE whenever you can. When you pee get a set of basic stretches in, when you are alone in the bathroom take 5 minutes to do some jelqing. While in bed, under the covers you can do a lot of work. Be creative and you will find that you will not only maintain but maybe even gain with the change.

2/7/16 3x10 min pumping
3/7/16 day off
4/7/16 ended up being a day off too I edged for a bit , but it looks like my penis was really thin and felt so too was worried I had lost girth :/

I cannot exeed 7min pumpingsets without getting red spots and pore eq and bad expansion.

Don't understand, could you explain this more? I do not understand the thickness question?
 
I used to experience this when I first started pumping. The next day or so my penis would feel slightly thinner. It just kind of stopper for me eventually.

Most likely a temporary state due to fatigue or perhaps perception. Have you measured to see if there is a discrepancy?

During these times there would be be .25" or even slightly more LESS in girth. I think you're right about fatigue. Pumping, whether by air or water, can be intensive and it probably IS a temporary state of fatigue.

I did yeah its like .5cm girth loss everywhere , like girth turtling I would describe it.

10 min in one go then I break and do another one or two sets .

I find that keeping yourself in the sexual zone so you still have a good 80% erection in the tube and keep the pressure at a feeling pleasurable state but with intensity is key to eliminate fluid. red dots is usually going to high too quick or while your conditioning . your girth gains are great and I would love to see the same kind of growth too !!!
