One of the most altruistic things I can say about the Brotherhood is when someone has made their goals but still stay to help others do the same. It shows such appreciation for the gains you have made and spreading that awareness is super good for you Karma!
 
3/5/16 I decided to have the day off and kegel all day then maybe chuck in some pumping tomorrows session . and maybe write up some more in depth how to guides for the newbie forum

turns out my camera is much crappier then I thought but I recorded the video . you can see whats going on in the video but it's a little blurry when you full screen it . I can go ahead and edit in the subtitles and upload dld if the quality thing is ok ( I shall have to invest in a better camera ) .

Hmmm, I only eat once daily and have no issues with energy but some men need frequent meals to have energy. Find what works best for you. There are many nutritional drinks that can help with eating issues if you are not getting enough of the right stuff. I always drink a vegetable smoothy in the AM and my next meal is in the PM.

its not me being tired , is my body not healing aswell after workouts , or getting red dots super easy. the drinks may be an option .

did u get a chance to check out the video I uploaded dld to see if the quality was all good?
 
19/5/16 another nightmare workout , i am gonna just detox my body start eating right , and start back up Monday .

no more substances etc , really want to get solid 6 months in from june to xmas and hopefully a year.

im gonna listen to my body and take a break

The drinks are super helpful for people who have issues with getting in what they need to everyday.

Go easy and light and work up intensity very slow and progressively. There is no rush because this will only create another injury. Take your time and explore why the injury may have happened, be observant and listen to your body. I wish you the best as always my Brother!

I took time off cus my body was just being all dodgey with erections but I had a really good strong edging session tonight and eq was on point so tomorrow im hopeful my jelq session goes good
 
23/5/16 first day back after 50 jelqs I had red dots , will work out tomorrow have day off Wednesday and work out Thursday if things still not good will re evaluate

overall I did 400 jelqs

my last detox which fixed issues was 2 weeks which worked fine

thanks munto, 6/6/16 I only did 100 jelqs , had injured my back in the day so I may be out of action for a few days , doc gave me a few exercises to do in meantime , but was that painful couldn't get proper EQ for workout last night
