just had a shower , and my dick was fine this morning , I got a little semi when in the shower grabbed the base as I normally do just to make the head engorge for my amusement , get out the shower drying off and bam a bruise on my shaft which wasn't there this morning , guess I must of done it in the shower , not sure whether ot post picture or not , looks a little nasty and is right on a vein. I guess I am taking tomorrow and today off now :/ another set back ... rather pissed

Be sure not to work through this! Allow the bruise to yellow before starting erect work or girth work. It will take about 4 days to yellow and during that time you can still do flaccid length work. Working through a bruise can make it permanent.

yeah I am gonna wait , I can get erection fine and everything , I think it was just a blood blister that had a lot of blood , its gone from dark pruple red to a lighter purple but more red now , its only just under a cm , I just want to get back to training and increase my girth

yeah ti sucks as this halts and can reverse gains waiting , also you bruises go yellow? I have never had a bruise that goes yellow , mine go purple red and then disappear normally.

it is turning into a pink/red bruise now so things looking even better
 
update its even more pinkish red now and fading into my normal skin colour so by weekend should deffo be back to training, lesson learned don't tug on my junk in shower without warming up

3/4/16 400 jelqs again , I stopped my supplement gain before weekend and this seems to have killed off my junk again , I think I am just gonna stay off supplements completely for a while so I can get solid work in

I would not think too much on supplements, stick to the basic of exercise and keep adding to the intensity and your growth will be just fine.

Sounds good as long as this is a girth specific routine (SSJ and Jels bring minimal length gains). if length is also desired you will need to include some specific length work. My other bit of advice is to get 5 minutes of Bundled Stretches before you start a routine. This will help the Tunica become more expanded and better able to hold the elongation or expansion.

yeah I am giving a rest on length until I hit 6inch mseg , then I want to go for inch in both directions after that :)

also dld , bundled stretches is where you twist your dick right ? like a corkscrew then stretch it a bit ?

also I have sort of devised my own technique for jelqing when I get in the grove which seems to be great to help with girth gains for jelqing especially the base . dld you think it would be worth writing a beginners guide to jelqing in the newbie forum incase anyone wants an indepth guide for jeqling and how to vary your jelq depending on what you want ?

Yes. Twist your penis, while flaccid, as many times as you can comfortably. Some men can get one twist others can go longer. Once twisted stretch in all directions. If you plan on doing 5 minutes of Bundles I suggest 2.5 minutes to the left and 2.5 minutes to the right. We always want to be sure that exercises are done with evenly so as to create a more symmetrical penis.

yeah as penis is getting back to normal time to get back to my pumping and clamping , good thing about girth work is it stretches penis in all directions so I will still be gaining length just as a slower pace until I have enough girth to re pick up the length work.

also instead of setting aside time to do kegels as been a little busy I have just been doing them while at a bus stop or on the bus or sitting down in a chair whenever I can remember to do them and don't need much concentration

That is the best way to go. I do them all day and the habit came from car rides from my house to town. eventually I started to notice, unknowingly, I do them all the time.

Sorry for missing your last 2 posts. So happy things are going steady. If your body is asking for rest, give it rest. The best thing a PE-er can do is learn to listen to their body.

I was away this weekend and went back in my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BM[/words] w/too much gusto...got a drop of blood in the chamber from too much pressure too soon, arrrrgh!! I was just too excited to get back into my routine and now I have to take it easy until I'm 100%...bummer

Not a bummer, a lesson learned! Much of PE is about trial and error until we perfect the routine. As we start new exercise, tools or routines there will be another adjustment period. Keep up the good work my Brother!

right folks , I have decided to not do any work until start of next month as body still doesn't feel ready for it , so I am just going to be doing my kegels all day everyday , and be solid as I have been missing days here and there with them . I will report back at start of next month with whats going on

Just be very disciplined with yourself, I can't make you train again, you will need to be strong with yourself to be sure you can get back in the game. Sometimes too much time off can become a permanent thing. I suggest at least stay involved on the forum to keep your head in the game.

yeah I am , I am being solid with my kegels , DLD , I will be back and I wont be leaving this forum until I have 6inch girth minimum on my shaft don't worry I ll be here a good while :D
