well I was gonna do two heavy workouts then a light one on the third if eq was a little off to save having a day off as was only gogin for one or two days off a week

yeah its just something I am focussing on while other things in life aren't great. and I feel good because I can say " I did workout today as planned even though I didn't feel good / had good day"

also even just after a week of beign back properly I feel like I am making my old gains back (not touched measuring devices) just need to keep this up !!!

Excellent to hear. It has been tough for me to post as much as I am finishing one of the trucks and it is eating a lot of my time. It should be done by next week so I will have so much more time. Anyway, keep up the good work and if a miss a workout know I am still praying and pulling for you!

so 13th and 14th was a day off
I had an injection and yeah they said it could make me unwell for a few days and it killed my dick last two days , I have two more coming up two one each month , so gonna work as hard as I can so when I have this forced downtime I can just heal. so I'm gonna see how my dick is tonight if I can get it up gonna do atleast 10 min pumping. hopefully I ll be back up to speed by the weekend

Thanks! We finished one side and we start the other tomorrow, so excited to get this truck done....IT IS BADASS!
 
15/9/16 actually managed to get a semi today so tried to pump but yeah I could see it was going no where .
16/9/16 today so far woke up with 60/70 eq which was good shock so maybe this evening I will be able to get a routine in properly. if the bounce back is 4/5 days after the next two injections then I shouldn't lose too much ground should I ?
I was worried about losing any kind of momentum and gains after on top of things for over a week (big step for me lately)

I ll check back in tomorrow with if I manage to get an erection to do a workout

Erection quality shouldn't matter when doing routines for gains, cementing purposes it may matter. Erection quality will differ because of the rigorous exercise you do.

Just take advantage of those times when eq is poor, remembering that there is no better time for length work.

trying not to do length work , as I feel like I am already thin and more the length I get it is gonna give the visual illusion of even more thinness

and 19/9/16 ended up not doing exercise as I came :/ was very annoyed at myself . I have 21 days left until next injection so really need to be working out as much as I can for the downtime its gonna give me. I just need to focus !!

It won't make you thin but if you feel that way just add on some girth exercise to balance out.

YEAH BOI , really wasn't feeling like doing anything but once I got into the session and broke through that lack of motivation I really got into it .
