So update on the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words]. I have got my system down so that I am wearing it at work. So that is about 12 hours of stretching a day. I am also doing a little experimenting with the original glands protector cap versus the sleeve I had been using. I prefer the my sleeve for comfort but the original glands protector for the quick on and off ability. If you guys aren't following what I am talking about in referring to the sleeve refer to previous pictures I posted where I mentioned using a sleeve instead of the glands protector cap.

Anywho I am wearing the original glands cap right now at work and so far so good. I'll try to report back and give an actual comparison.

So the reason I waited so long to give my opinion about the above mentioned [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] modded glands sleeve versus the original glands protectors is because I couldn't make up my mind. On one hand the original compresses the glands which helps with fluid retention but the modded glands sleeve is cheaper and covers the foreskin area meaning less fluid retention there. The modded glads sleeve bubbles out at the glands so it really doesn't give any compression so when it is all said and done it comes down to where you want to stop fluid retention. I believe the best bet is a combination of both (perhaps while sleeping) and therefore maybe I will try this next.

I attached pictures of both below. IDk we will see.

I don't much add to this log unless I have something new to add ... and well now is the time to do so.

That said on days I do girth work, I don't wear it for approximately 5-7 hours after and don't wear it at the gym (choosing rather to wear a cock ring) so it averages out to about 19 hours per day.

Bundled stretches: I have not been consistant with these. I make sure I do about 5-10 minutes of bundled stretches when I warm up to do my girth work but other than that I haven't constantly been doing them the 20-30 minutes daily which I intended to do. I gotta change that this week.

Girth work: I try to get it in about 3 days a week with 40 minutes sessions. I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] extreme pumping followed by clamping with a canning tool added in for squeezes.

Working out: been working out regularly. I work out three times a week, averaging about 2 hours each session. In the mirror I look like I am leaning out; however, the scale isn't changing so I may have gained some muscle weight ... idk. I am at about 1800 calories a day and I don't really want ot keep droping calories so I might have to add in some cardio here soon. The only issue with cardio is findly some time to do it.

Financial gains: currently messing around with affliate marketing, ebay and amazon. Looking to increase my cash flow and develop independence from my current job.

I think this will work like erect stretches or even like penis pumping since the penis is being expanded in both length and girth. I do about 3 set of 20 minutes. There is no fluid retention probably because of the stretch and the condom sleeve. I'll report back on this when I can.

You should try that Asian training style. Can't remember the name if its Chinese or Japanese, but you train with heavy weights with like 20 seconds rest in between. I can't find it for the life of me. I'll keep searching. It trains the muscles to grow while also raising your heart rate. You gain muscle and lose weight in about 20-30 min a day or every other day.

I do something similar to this. I do a bunch of drop sets without rest using heavy weight. Is this kinda what you mean?

Yeah, still I am confused why I would have close over 70,000 posts but still only have 10 rep points. I have seen other with three times what have. And as the owner of the site I should know how they work but I have absolutely no clue.
