I don't much add to this log unless I have something new to add ... and well now is the time to do so.

That said on days I do girth work, I don't wear it for approximately 5-7 hours after and don't wear it at the gym (choosing rather to wear a cock ring) so it averages out to about 19 hours per day.
Bundled stretches: I have not been consistant with these. I make sure I do about 5-10 minutes of bundled stretches when I warm up to do my girth work but other than that I haven't constantly been doing them the 20-30 minutes daily which I intended to do. I gotta change that this week.
Girth work: I try to get it in about 3 days a week with 40 minutes sessions. I do [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] extreme pumping followed by clamping with a canning tool added in for squeezes.
Working out: been working out regularly. I work out three times a week, averaging about 2 hours each session. In the mirror I look like I am leaning out; however, the scale isn't changing so I may have gained some muscle weight ... idk. I am at about 1800 calories a day and I don't really want ot keep droping calories so I might have to add in some cardio here soon. The only issue with cardio is findly some time to do it.
Financial gains: currently messing around with affliate marketing, ebay and amazon. Looking to increase my cash flow and develop independence from my current job.
