It is so odd because you would think that with foam it would be the most amazing thing in the comfort arena but I guess after hours of wearing it and the possible rubbing against the pelvis ends up causing it to hurt. Yesterday I realized I ended my routine with just a ton of fluid retention and that caused me to wonder if this routine was such a good idea. I know redzulu made great gains with clamping and I really wanted to believe it could work for me but I have not seen the same results which caused to theorize.

My first theory is that in order to make any solid gains with clamping you will have to have a very solid erection in order to cause blood to push out as much fluid build up as possible which would come as a result of clamping. Otherwise if you clamp off but only have a 65 or 70% erection you will clamp off lymph from being able to edit the penis and with the empty area not being taken up by a solid erection the lymph will pool and cause a great amount of fluid buildup. I theorize that with clamping the majority of the blood is sitting still within the penis and without major movement of that blood (like through jelqing) one is more likely to have fluid retention. Jelqing may very well be the best thing available to superset pumping with because the moving of the blood within the penis, which jelqing causes, seems to be enough to move out the fluid retention somewhat like moving lactic acid of of your muscles by getting blood moving through that muscle. The issue with switching to jelqing and super setting that instead of clamping is that it seems like you get less expansion. The realize the less expansion looks that way mainly because there is less fluid retention.

Yea I have tried that too. I have pretty much tried every clamping combination possible (over the course of years) and came to the above theories. I believe it isn't the super setting that causes the fluid retention, it is erection quality. Without having the solid erection to provide less room for the lymph, I believe the lyphm takes over. What do you guys think? Does that at all seem reasonable? I believe using jelqing specifically ssjs is a savior when one is building up a bunch of lyphm because it would help move it around and either make it even or move it out. I believe that clamping after a full workout could be good but still one would have to keep erection quality in mind so as to not build up a bunch of lymph and one has to wonder how good is erection quality at the end of a workout? I think the issue with clamping is the time under tension. Like if my theory is correct, then the longer the time under tension with clamping, then the more the erection quality will go away and the more fluid will build up. Which is probably why if any of you guys have done long clamping sessions you notice you tend to have a ton of fluid buildup. Maybe this is the same thing that happens when people pump too long?

So I am still doing the same penis workout. I have been having hits and misses because of sleep. I just stop cold turkey with trazodone because it was not working at all any more after months of using it for sleep. For all those who care I have tried ambien, zaleplon, triazolam and of course trazodone. Out of those four things the triazolam and the trazodone worked the best. I have been having sleep problems since college and it has really heightened since I got a new job with rotating shifts so this is kinda my journey. I know some people are here that have similar problems and lack of sleep can be extremely demotivating so as I move forward trying new things i will be sure to post it here and let you guys know about it. Anyway all the above drugs were prescribed by my sleep doctor but nothing is giving me that deep rem sleep that I want. I wish GHB wasn't illegal (or easier to get prescribed) because what I have read about it is that it is great for rem sleep. You can actually sleep less with GHB but since you are pretty much in rem sleep most of that time you get the benefits of a full sleep.... Pretty cool if you ask me. Anyway so I decided to give some natural stuff a try. I have tried several natural things before such as melatonin, gaba, magnesium, valerian root and California poppy seed extract. I don't notice much difference with everything other than the California poppy seed. I have stopped taking the California poppy seed some years ago because I didn't want to test positive for opium but in light of my suffering I might get some more. I ordered some resurrect pm and I am waiting on it to come in. I noticed one of the cooler ingredients of the resurrect pm which was in the original formula (phenibut) was taken out of the current formula so I ordered some phenibut separately so I could take it in conjunction. Anywho I will let you guys know how this stuff works and hopefully it helps me get amazing sleep. I wonder if anyone else has dealt with similar sleeping issues and if so what did you guys do?

My issue is that I work rotating shifts. One month I work days and the next I am on nights. I find that working days I am able to take just natural stuff like the supplement Resurrect PM and about 1 teaspoon of my California Poppy Seed tincture and I am good but when I switch to nights, I have not found anything that works. I just need straight shifts and eventually I will have it.

I need to update my log more often. I have been on the site here and there, normally just reading but I have neglectrf my log.

update: The sleeve I have here to replace the standard [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] condom is too short which has been causing too much glands pressure. Right now I am experimenting with other condom sleeve replacements..... I mean I could buy a full sized silicone penis sleeve but they run about 15 dollars and I am going to see if something cheaper will work better.

What this allows is faster on and off times plus it aids in comfort. Also I do use the standard [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] belt, I did experiment with attaching the [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]phallosan[/words] to a knee brace for a day but I prefer the regular belt. I think I mentioned above that I was having issues with the foam ring but I ran across this youtube video that was posted in the forum here that fixed this problem for me:
