I didn’t really do much for me either just a little bit of tingling and then just got annoying so stop using it. They’re pretty easy to make if anyone wants to try it out but don’t expect too much.

It's best to buy the parts yourself. The voltage doesn't have to be high. It's more about getting that very pure grade Zinc and decent Copper. As I wrote in the other thread, Copper is easier to acquire. I don't know how many commercial builders there are, it's such an easy setup after all.
Two rods and tubing! I prefer silicone tubing by the way. A bit more expensive but it's usually very safe for most people, when it comes to allergies etc..

Getting back to voltage; you can introduce higher current with other materials but I don't recall anyone having the same success with those compared to Zinc and Copper.

Yeah, RoP can be seen a gimmick in a way. I didn't get bad reaction from it at least. (Unless you count occasional coloration from copper that just washed off.)
A placebo at times can be very powerful!

Alright guys, so I'll soon give the RoP a try. Even if there is just the slightest chance of giving me a benefit - I dont want to miss it!
And as it's not causing negative effects - why not?

I've done lots of 'research' now (reading all stories I could find about the RoP) and read stories like the ones of @Super. I've also read lots of stories of people who didn't had any change, but if the RoP could just give me an improvement of 5-10% - I want it!
Sadly I can't do any medical tests before and afterwards as I'm also improving lots of other things in my life and can't say if the RoP alone caused an increase of testosterone for example. I'll share my experiences about it in my log anyways, as soon as it arrives.

Also don't forget: Placebo-effect also works quite often! Even with lots of diseases and curing them.
What I can also say, that I'm planning to measure the voltage of my ring and share the results.

It would be even more great if somebody could test a RoP also, somebody who's not changing his life currently (nutrtition, sports,...) and for example has a low EQ.
 
Intermittent use has always worked well for me. Cant wear it all the time or the effects diminish. Also i dont believe entirely that the only effects are hormone related. Your body acts as a battery and these dissimilar metals as the anode and cathode. The electric charge def causes a change in blood flow. After a heavy PE session i notice a quicker healing cycle. Balls got bigger etc. The purity of the zinc is what matters as these ions are what will be travelling thru your body. The copper is what produces the galvanic potential. If you have low zinc level you will notice a change. If you have optimal levels likely less so. Theres alot of research out there of holistic benefits of micro currents thru the body and healing.

I also know it has effects on the blood and body/tissue there, just not how big they will be.
Got any links of the holistic benefits?
I'm trying to wear if 24/7 and see if I'll experience any changes, but as said, I'm maybe not the best test person as I've already the very best EQ currently, but maybe I'll still feel some changes :)

Have you measured the voltage of your ring?
 
I get .7volts or so. If you already have great eq youll probly enjoy a greater flaccid while wearing it. Wearing it all the time is counter productive tho after a few weeks. Ive recommended them to many friends as well. Lol. Be careful you could have potential aggression problems as well. My cousin had to stop wearing his on the job as a beat cop due to increased aggression lol. The studies are buried in PubMed id link them if i knew where lol its been awhile

How did you wear it then? One day off, next day one or just a few hours per day after pe-training?

Agression problems because of very high testosterone from the RoP? I don't think so. But who knows, we really would need to get some probands and them doing medical tests and blood tests before and afterwards. I'm excited for testing it now even more than before LOL
 
So do people think these are worth it and anyone in UK recommend one, seen one on ebay (not cheap Chinese ones) for £20
 
Well finally got one yesterday, used overnight and better fb laccid hang straight away.

NNot sure if to wear all time or just one day on one day off etc.

AAlso how tight should it be mines pretty loose but g still touches skin

Where did you buy yours, if you don’t mind me asking? Ive scoured these forums reading about them but haven’t seen a single mention anywhere on how to actually get one lol
 
What are the reviews on this things from the brotherhood? Did it work for anyone here?
 
Anyone knows what's safer the siliring or the fat tire the fat tire seems to be way more effective but more constrictive got to check the penis every 30 minutes just to make sure blood flow is ok..any ideas who is using them what results you guys have achieved? I d like to buy one of them not sure which one

Old thread but, I had a few instances where I got that tingle from it so much i had to leave a party one time and go home, lol. It was quite arousing.
Idk. I still wear it from time to time! But I feel like it doesn’t quite do what it did when I first started wearing it many years ago. I’m wondering if the rods lose their potency over time.

Yeah, not good. Tingling means the nerves got compressed past the point of safety. Happened many times for me too. All my gears have modded emergency releases no matter where I go. Foolish life back then, and learned when you aged.

I wasn’t tight or constricting at the point of the slight tingles! the tingle wasn’t like numbing,
It felt good and arousing to the point I had to leave and go home and have fun. The tingle I used to get was more like using a tens unit on a low setting.

Zinc and copper, when over used, can create toxicity overload in the system. We believe it's the loss of effectiveness, but we are reaching critical danger levels instead. Just be mindful.

Interesting. To be honest, I’ve always thought about that issue with it, if this could do any adverse reactions to possibly wearing it too long?
Because it will leave somewhat of copper mark discoloration along with the zinc on each side where it makes contact..
And there was a point in time where I wore this thing pretty much 24 seven unless it just started to become kind of annoying/ slight irritation..
I have somewhat mixed feelings about it because on one hand, there are times that I wear it and it absolutely does something positive and then there’s other times I feel like it doesn’t really do anything.
I actually don’t wear it all that much anymore. But ya idk.
