Hi krest509, if this was my penis project I would make my 3rd tie now. What you have done so far looks clean and healthy. If you put the 3rd tie in the other two cuts will continue to heal as the 3rd tie is cutting through. When I did mine (and I did 8 ties in total) I was tying a couple of days after the previous one. Like you I had no infections or swelling so I just carried on. I also didn't want any scar tissue to form in between cuts and for it to heal together as one, if you get my drift. Again, this is a personal choice, just giving you my personal and private option. For foreskin stretching, I would suggest that you use coconut oil. Putting two index fingers inside the skin and gently pulling the skin outwards. As you do that, rub the index finger and thumb together, massaging the oil in. Take it easy, if you feel any pain or discomfort then you are overdoing the process. Just giving my personal opinion. Good luck!
