I would definitely get the hose attachment though. Could be a lot of these guys slip out because they are using that shitty hand pump. I had trouble slipping out until I learned to use the right amount of lube and to suck the thing to the max and keep it there.

I spoke to MSP Concept the guys who make the [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]PMP[/words] , customer service that is and they are planning another size sluice in between the XL and the standard . Actually they were not that clear , I wrote in reference to a different size sluice like I just described . They replied that they were working on just that and they hoped to have them in about 3 weeks.

I have done 477 hours in this device and I think this device is great. But I have very small gain from that, I use it for 3 months (4,4 h/day) and gain only 1cm (0,4 inch). Do you use only this device or combine it with some exercises?
And I don't use their sluice, standard size is too small for me (I feel a little pain with this) and XL size is too big for me
so I'm in very bad situations.... I replace sluice for inflatable balloon(s) and I feel pretty well and very important use minimum gel as possible.

Thanks DLD, yea I've been taking your suggestion from a different thread and doing some stretching in between my extending sessions. It's still new so I'm not sure what the results are gonna be but I'll stick with it and see it through until it pays off. I wonder though...what do you think is the advantage of alternating between extending and manual stretching instead of extending, followed by a short massage break, and then extending again? Is there something that the manual stretching in combination with extending offers that extending alone doesn't?
