Also, I think when I ordered, the price once I got to PayPal was less than what the listed price was when I converted it from euros to dollars.

It has been difficult to wear at night for me .Your blood pressure and therefore blood flow to your penis drops 30 % while you are sleeping...not good for renewing cells and growing larger.
Your experience may vary.
Some guys use the vitallus plus while sleeping.It was designed with that in mind.

I have used a water based lube. All you have to do is experiment with how much/little to use.
Keep in mind, do not use petroleum based lube, like Vaseline, as it can cause deterioration of latex sluice/diaphragm.
Some lubes may be absorbed into the skin, meaning penile withdrawal might not be as "slick" as when entering.
