Something new to add guys...this comes from Ronan69 (no slip there ;)

In order to reduce the air gap between the latex diaphram and ur glans when inside the chamber and reduce stress and FR on ur frenulum/urethra :

Pump the ball ONLY 3/4 pump the first time,put it on the chamber,rotate it to the left as usual,THEN squeeze out the remaining air and you will see the latex diaphram move outwards towards you and the opening. Push ur glans in tight to the diaphram and now release the pump.

got it today and gave it a shot. wore it for about an hour, very different stretch than the the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words]. i ordered the hose attachment, and that's what seemed to be the easiest way for me to get it on. at first glance, I had no idea how this thing was going to suck my glands in...but it did!

i guess the hardest thing so far is that it is such an easy stretch, it's hard to tell if you're doing high or low tension...

I just talked to him about that and I just followed his directions and it works really well. Im going to try to sleep wit.h it and see how that goes? He said to just yank the clip out of the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]tugger[/words] if you have one( luckily I do) and clip it around your [words=https://www.internetzahlung.de/cc-aktuell/bestellung.php3?PID=PM0440A&Sprache=en]pmp[/words]. Its super easy,. you could use a paper clip or something like that too if you don't have a [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]vlc[/words] clip to use.
