But it's not, and the worst part is that it's not a straight-forward time-consumer like a Bib can be. It's a hit-or-miss application with numerous retries which eventually end up in massive frustration.

If your glans is slipping out here's a couple of things
You might have too much lubricant going on.I put a small amount on my glans only ,not the entrance to the glans piece .
Also there are 2 sets of inner rings you can insert to make the opening into the glans piece smaller.They are put on the head attachment and then the diaphram latex is put over the head piece.This is shown in the video they send but its not explained that its an option to make the opening smaller.

So in your opinion since you have used both which is a better head attachment the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] or the PM Pro?
Since I'm not interested in more foreskin I never bought the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]. Although I admired the design.

Once I release the bulb the glans just stays drawn to the opening and the bulb remains flattened after I let go. At this point I try to more aggressively insert the glans which usually results in a burp of air getting in. The issue is the entire latex sleeve (not the inner-most latex diaphragm) stretches back out of the dome. This lengthens and thins the penis which in turn allows the entire process to fail. I had expected the glans to fill the dome and produce a sort of plug that the vacuum would hold. I was surprised how this sleeve portion pulled back out so easily. It hadn't occurred to me prior that there isn't a designed stop for this condition. Therefore, I concluded they are relying upon the glans ballooning in the dome. If you look at their video the guy's glans is rather bulbous which I'm sure is the result of them shooting the video all day.
I still don't know how to show my own video of this issue. Can you make a video showing how you're applying it?
Regarding the lubricant: since the lubricant will disperse on contact I don't see how putting it on 'side A' rather than 'side B' matters when you're going to press the two together anyway. Please elaborate.

Maybe you are right---maybe you are just too large for the device. The only other advice I could provide is making sure you are not completely flaccid when attempting to put on the device. The manual says to be slightly excited, which helps to draw the glans in better. I have noticed that I am easily able to get the device on and with adequate suction on the first try every time if this is the case. The only time that I noticed that my glans slipped out with minimal tug was when I was completely flaccid when I entered the device. I am able to apply the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]size genetics[/words] device with full tug without any slippage. I am sorry for your difficulty, but I do find that this device has been the answer for me at this point. Thank you. I will try it that way too, although I'm about 6.5 on the corona... so we'll see. I understand what you're saying though. Instead of inserting a wet noodle, press in a stick. One thing that I tried tonight was leaving the pump ball on the glans attachment for 30 seconds to create a better vacuum and that seems to work much better.Like the vid says leave it on even tho ur glans has already been sucked inside ...its still creating more vacuum.
