I asked for mines and they sent it to me the next day just send them a message with your address or transaction number and do to the dhl website in Germany they should send you a link

It seems like they have 2 different emails ,one is for help and one is for customer service.Send an email to both and then when you get a response let everyone know here ok.

The dude who pm'd me said the time frame for the new larger diaphrams was 2 months to be available.

If you can 9" do what I suggested in my pm to you.That way I doubt you will miss any gaining .

They emailed me with a fed ex tracking link but It says order not recieved yet. Is f'ed ex who they shipped everyone elses through?
 
You will usually get a bit of FR in your glans until you get used to it.
If the color is a darker red color ,it will go away after one day.i got the same in the first few days and mine was from too high a tension.
